    03:49 aapne thoda mistake kar diya, bhaiya. "Hip shoulder separation" tab hota jab aapka hip batsman ki taraf ho aur shoulder umpire ki taraf. Tabhi to hip aur shoulder ke bich "separation" hoga.

    Just a quick question if a BF contact on your toe dont you think the landing is weak compare to landing on full foot?

      That is back foot contact
      If you land on full foot, full momentum of runup is killed. So we should land only on toes to transfer that momentum to the swing leg traction and Braced front leg

    Your video is good. Really appreciate . But as you have mentioned not to land on heal. But if I'll coach to U12 or even U14 player also or any newcomers it's not easy for them to land on their balls of the feet instead of heal.

      If any u12 or any junior level bowlers comes in try to include lot of jumping and backfoot stiffness exercises in their fitness routine, initially they will not get results but when they will grow they will feel lot of results in their backfoot landing and ultimately in bowling speed
