Interior design looks like HDB
For some reason it doesn’t feel 4000 sqft and the decor is a bit lacking. Outdoor deck furnishing feels like a condo facility furniture and 18 million is a steep price point.

Now that i think about it makes no sense how will it work the entire building would collapse after a bomb and falling from that height the bomber shelter would crack and be destroyed and from the impact the person will be unalived.

They call that a penthouse? They should come to NY or L.A. - I'll show them proper Penthouse. These rooms are ridiculously small, there's practically no kitchen space, and the living / dining area is long but narrow. Even if you gave it to me for free, I wouldn't live there (I'd take it of course, but sell it and go find myself proper living arrangements). Jeeez.

This tiny penthouse so small and horrible furnishings and decorations for the price tag you can buy ten houses in Vietnam or bloody mansion overseas. Seriously, we already so jialat. Imagine our children and children's children. Their HDB 2 room flat will cost as much as this tiny apartment. Singapore sibei lagi boh hua for us normal workers. HDB increase leasehold beyond 99 years better la. So our homes can give our future generations to live in without them worrying about property prices
havent seen all of the house but to be honest weather is never very good in singapore. i suppose if you hit the clubs every night would be nice. other than that no use for four rooms. singapore is not a great place to raise a family. you're all playing at high octane to make ends meet and dream for a better future.
