  • Today's the official start of the Olympic Games @paris2024 and as they originated in Greece 🇬🇷, I had to celebrate in a special way! I designed a workout inspired by Olympic athletes, incorporating plyometric training, SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) drills, and strength & power exercises.
    We took elements from various athletes competing right now and put together a full-body workout to help you get stronger and more explosive.
    🧠Now, let's dive into the science behind it: Different sports require specific exercise programming. For instance, a sprinter's workout focuses on explosive power and speed, while a gymnast's routine emphasizes on strength and agility. By understanding these nuances, us coaches can create targeted workouts that enhance performance in each sport. 💪For this workout, I drew inspiration from tennis, track and field, gymnastics, and of course volleyball.
