This grinding stuff everyone is trying to grind is an optional thing, sometimes it depends on the taste of the soup before you grind and when you over grind your pepper and ginger be ready to get enough T Roll because am a typical Akan boy where we eat fufuo always every day in the evening or our last food of the day. You can never stay in Ghana and gets constipated because we love pepper 😂😂

Please next time tell the woman steering the Fufu she's neatly dressed with her nose mask but we don't accept or allowed rings on your fingers and steering fufuo. I wouldn't have ate the fufuo if was around and someone should have told her because is a taboo in we the Akans culture and even for hygiene reasons
