Well he lived in London for like years so there's that also British accent is so easy to catch , we used to make fun of my dad when he worked in the uk for 3 years and came back with little obvious British accent lol
It's impressive how a lot of people talk about protein and energy as if us, plant based diet followers wouldn't have enough of it in our bodies. Dude, if we don't have that, we're dead, and we are not, so really stop saying things without any real source of information.
If you're going to talk, make sure that what you're saying is true.
Going vegan 6/7 years ago is the best thing I ever did, hands down. Would wholeheartedly recommend to anyone!

i going vegan on my 3rd day i feel so much better more energy less bloated ive been eating whole wheat pastas with marinara,rice,lentils,oatmeal smoothies with banana almond milk etc.
Not once in this video did he mention animal suffering and injustice, it's all well and good being on a plant based diet, it's so much healthier for people and you're not contributing to a demand for such cruel and unnecessary filth. Plant based is a diet, vegan is a lifestyle choice. For the animals, the Planet and each other. be vegan.

sorry man,but for a professional is complicated he don't eat proteins,because high performance sports you need a nice physical strenght for winning many strenght battles further for a defender,and we see scenes like europa league semi-finals
