I have an entire theory on this song so here we go. So it's about a girl (hence she) breaking up with her lover and they are slightly mentally unstable afterward and it spirales out of control and they plan to kill her. That's the gist. Now into the juicy stuff. So about 0:00 to around 0:15 is the breaking up part. 0:20 to about 1:12 is them planning, talking and thinking to themselves about the plan, while at the same time going insane. Then 1:13 to 1:35 is them making sure they are good for the plan and getting to the girl. That also explains the door creak near 1:33. from about 1:36 to 1:46 is him killing her and regretting it knowing the consequences and their inner voices caused all this and saying "yep" is like "you just did this good job." Then from 1:47 on is them in jail and in an asylum and the fights, the torment and suffering until he finally dies explaining the clock ticking at the end. and that is the end kiddies! that was fun wasn't it :D
