Star Trek Picard Season 3 Episode 10. - Zábava
Seven proving she is command material... and desperately needs her own series.
I never liked the ship until that moment.
But really - she draws in old trekkies and the series draws in new. They'd be stupid not to have a series around this.
My one want... no - need for it is for the series to bring back the philosophical 1 self contained episodes at times. At Times.
@@borgCube100She needs a new series with the legacy characters, and the TNG characters as recurrings, especially Riker.
wish they restored the enterprise f and not rebrand the titan to enterprise g
Seven is my pick as best Captain of all time.
She knew the enemy better than anyone in the fleet and she fought them on her terms.
This is the Seven we all wanted to see.
What's funny is that when they realize it's the D they're all probably thinking it's just the saucer section over there causing hell lol
No. Saucer section only has impulse engines...It would have taken hundreds of years to get from the fleet museum to the sol system without warp-drive.
For a chef he fly's pretty good.
Just hope he will never hit something as sturdy as he is
He kind of had me worried at first, but he was a good foil to play off of for Seven to demonstrate her growth as a leader and he ended up doing his job thinking he was going to die, and he did it pretty well. So, chef guy deserves a medal.
@@seriouslyrelax also he was worried about his mother
For a brick he flew pretty good 🤣
@@mikehance6086 I guess, but presumably they were all worried about someone. Either way he did his job with bravery and skill despite a lack of training so mad respect for him.
4:23 starts one of the highlight scenes in the entire episode. Seven EMBRACES being raised by Janeway as she pulls what she would pull. Just fly GUNS BLAZING through a fleet that could squish you in mere seconds, survive and use more photon torpedo's than you should have onboard at this point. AND SHE DOES THAT TWICE prior to , most propably, one of the Odyssey's disabling her (and given she is right next to the F at the end we can asume it was the F crippling the G(Yep, gonna use her renamed one here)
I have to commend your sheer enthusiasm here!
Plot Torpedos are strong!
@@LamentedSun plot torpedos?????
You realize most of these ships have hundreds of torpedoes on board. NO way she used of that many fighting Vadic.
@@GenSphinx Not anymore, that fleet sent most of their torps into that big orbiting space station, the Titan was pretty much going phaser only.
Season 3 honestly looked, seemed, and even felt like 1 BIG long "Star Trek" Movie and I actually really like that.
This would have done great in a theater.
i would like to point out that the Titan has the shield frequencies of the fleet and does in fact destroy multiple starfleet ships on that pass. As regrettable as it is desperate times...
She's Enterprise even before she took the name. Her line of ships have done many things that are regrettable but necessary in desperate times. That's what makes her stand out above the rest. Because by doing the harsh necessary she made a difference for all.
Not only that, I remember her telling them to upload all command codes they had, like they did to the reliant in Wrath of Khan.
The titan disabled most of their shields and matched frequency with others to shoot right through. Only chance it stood to cause any real delay.
See that NCC 1701-D on the sensor log was goosebumbs for her!
During her speech you can hear Janeway.
@sgwentertainmentnepa where is your evidence of this....?
I hear a bit of Alice krige
@@YDKJ07 let me explain, you don't hear janeways actual voice. Just how 7 said her dialogue it reminded me of Captain Janeway.
@@YDKJ07are you stupid
@@sgwentertainmentnepaSeven learned from the best.
Wow, spacedock can really take a beating. Holy shit.
Seven and Raffi and the Enterprise G could have their own series.
and it will, guarenteed. janeway had hers, now it's seven's turn.
That’s what Terry Matalas is trying to make happen… it’s down to Paramount now.
Ralphie the USS ENTERPRISE-D is no slouch sista , also she was upgraded to the batch 2 variants pushed into service barely completed as very powerful capital ships an dominion were challenged with um an many made it threw so the D is a combo of the two batches an ya know Geordi prob have her some extra tech of the new era I was hoping to see the D an then at the end we’d it as the G an 7 at the captains ready to boldley go would have made the fans even more excited, a lot more , listen to the fans Terry , you made history with this show an you’d been a Star Trek king of u had did that as ya are now , thank you for this series ❤
Anyone else find it odd that that Raffi didn't recognize the registry number of the Enterprise-D. 🤔 I thought that everyone (whether former or active members) in Starfleet would know *THAT* ship!!
Yea "the fat one"
I took it as confused because Enterprise-D is supposed to be destroyed. Geordi was keeping her reconstruction as a museum ship in secret. Raffi is literally seeing a Ghost.
Appropriate because CV-5 Enterprise's Nickname was "The Gray Ghost." The Japanese thought they destroyed her and she reappeared to fight them one-on-one...and won.
@@girl1213 cv-6
The galaxy is a big place.
@@girl1213 Just picking a nit here, but CV-5 was USS Yorktown. CV-6 was her sister, the USS Enterprise (the Grey Ghost) that the Japanese navy hated and tried so very hard to destroy. This ship even pulled off an action that would be worthy of a Star Trek ship ... holding an entire enemy fleet at bay by herself. For a time WWII in the Pacific became the Japanese Empire vs the USS Enterprise. That she survived the war is itself a miracle.
Wasn't Janeway the one that "poisoned" them?
Yes with the Neurolytic pathogen in Endgame. It’s the same Borg Queen Admiral Janeway fought.
"You" as in the Federation
Not just the enterprise
THE enterprise
Raffi I adore you but calling the D ancient is a step too far! Next thing you know they will start calling the Enterprise ‘the fat one’! ………… oh wait……. Never mind……. 😂😂
This whole series is a love letter to all of Star Trek, not just TNG.
Anyone else hear the TMP era sound effect from the wrath of Khan when they were uploading the fleet's prefix codes?? Even the console had a TMP era feel.
I wonder if universal will use the borg queen in hhn. Shes really creepy lol
Captain 7 series we need paramount an I’ll resubscribe to your plat form forever !!!!!!❤ , so let seven reign an let the Big D kick the borgs aaases and since the galaxy class USS Enterprise NCC 1701-D was there first starfleet ship to encounter an fight , now let her show all what a galaxy class can do with minimal crew beef up the structural integrity fields an the weapon la can gain more power due to life support on lower decks is off , so we see power projected an it’s just awesome
The titan here looks to bad ass with its weapons flaring. Why didn’t it do that against the Shrike?
dont u remember the ship had those beings around the Ship like in Farpoint Station Picard and Riker didnt want to harm them besides Riker wanted to throw something Remember in TNG Riker said Can u arrange to let me throw some rocks or something? when the Enterprise weapons and Shields kept going on and off I just wish Riker got Enterprise 1701 G and not 7 maybe she could have taking OPS Station or Tactical Starfleet keeps denying Will Riker The Enterprise Again when will Starfleet finally give him The Ship he always wanted to command?
Gee How many times does Borg Queen needs to Die? she died in a movie and on StarTrek Voyager and she dies in Startrek Picard Data killed her in a movie yet shes alive? wow
Kellyberry different variants of the borg queen.
@@YDKJ07 Indeed. This is all that remains of the Borg Queen that Admiral Janeway demolished at the end of Endgame.
there is a theory that the queens race was able to intergrade themselves in the collective, and that's why there are multiple queens, all the queens are suppose to be a sub collective of leaders from that race pretending to be that will of the collective.
The Borg got annhilated, wanna bet the next big threat is gonna be the dominion?
Honestly It was more likely that the Changelings in Picard season 3 were rogue and not part of the Dominion.
@@epickithri The dominion surrendered at the end of the dominion war with one of the terms being the dissolution of the dominion axis. that was followed by the Jem hadar civil war (Alphas vs Gammas). the dominion portrayed in Picard was the founders and vorta. with the loss of the Jem Hadar and the eradication of the Borg, the founders themselves became soldiers.
Iconians
That’s the high technology trans warp conduit in season 2
Eradication day !
Now that I think about it, it might've been more effective for the Titan to self-destruct after scrambling the assimilated fleet's shield frequencies than guerilla-type fire-at-will tactics. Take out the entire armada at once.
There's no way they could have taken out the entire armada that way. There were too many ships.
@Lizfan2 exactly and by cloaking and recloaking the Titan could keep the fleet off balance remember there needed to be a fleet remaining after the borg threat was neutralized. Yeah she had to destroy some ships to make the Titan a target but it was more about keeping the assimilated fleet off balance and buying time for Picard and his crew.
