  • In this video I’m going to show you how I painted this tribute to the Deodorant Speeder of old, and I'll also tell you the full story of the Grav-Attack Vehicle, from White Dwarf Magazine Issue 95. Oh, if that wasn't enough, I’ll be giving away the fully painted model on March 9, so make sure to watch until the end if you want to know how to participate in the GIVEAWAY!
    Do you want to learn more about this gem of Oldhammer lore? Or maybe you want to know how to paint Emperor's Children purple? Either way, this video is for you!

    great video Enrique, you weren't joking about that magazine being mint. it looks like it came off the press last week! i think its a great idea to do projects like this that mix it up a little and allow you to try something new!

    I love the idea behind this - the modern take on old-skool scratch-building - designing and 3D printing one in resin! A fitting homage to the deodorant bottle speeder mate, superb!

    Really nice purp ! So the violet is already a metallic ? And what's your final varnish on top of it ?

    • @TheRaceForTerra
      @TheRaceForTerra  Před 4 měsíci

      Yes, it’s a purple metallic, as you can see. My final varnish is Tamiya XF-86 thinned 50% with Tamiya Lacquer Thinner, but with a few drops of X-22 to make it less flat.
