    I recently bought their apple cider vinegar since I do got a little dander on my scalp, and it feels amazing and wasn’t too drying. It also smells great so that’s a plus

    I never knew what actually I should do with my curly hair. My hair are either tied up in a bun or I'm always straightening them. I have a massive hair loss problem, still no idea how to deal with that. the other issue is obviously frizz and dry hair. So learning a lot and definitely ditching the straightening method! Embracing my curls for sure

    I just got this shampoo and conditioner set. My mom bought them from Walgreens. She used it once or twice and hated the product. Why I have no idea. So instead of trashing it. She gave it to me. Also she felt bad for stealing and using all of my mousse without asking me. I can’t wait to use this.

    I have only recently started really caring for my hair. And a question I have may seem like " derp !!!" But....I have always heard that washing and conditioning too often actually dries out your hair and scalp, and you end up with dandruff. I have been washing and conditioning twice a week... is that too often... not often enough??? Always on Wednesdays and Saturdays.

    Is protein good for curly, dry frizzy hair?

    • @harleylocklear978
      @harleylocklear978 Před 2 lety

      it depends on if your have low or high porosity! if you have low porosity, protein weighs down your hair and can cause a lot of build up.

      Thanks so much I’m so glad my videos have been helpful! So I use warm water. I’ve heard that cold water is better to seal the hair and prevent frizz but I’ve never been able to tell the difference & I hate cold showers sooo I stick with warm! Lol

    • @marissa_lanae
      @marissa_lanae  Před 3 lety +2

      Biotin can definitely help with hair growth! try pairing a biotin rich shampoo and take a daily vitamin that has biotin in it too.

    I was watching your refresh video and I have tried to do that and after my hair dries, its becomes really frizzy and poofy. I have tried different products but I have no clue what I'm doing wrong or what I should do next. I have watched several videos from different curly haired folks and nothing seems to be helping. Any advice?

    • @tamkeensakeena7643
      @tamkeensakeena7643 Před 3 lety +1

      She has a video specifically on preventing frizz ☺️ I would say make sure to use your frizz preventing gel/cream and other products on DRIPPING wet hair and DO NOT touch or move your hair at all until it’s completely dry (movement encourages frizz) - and you probably already know this but scrunch scrunch scrunch (wet hair) ☺️
