There are two cards that come to mind. Secret rare Alakazam from Fates Collide and Secret rare Gardevoir from Steam Siege. These cards are underrated, specially the Gardevoir one

Astral radiance is a massively underrated set in my opinion, some amazing looking cards in the set!
i picked up the Celebi V alt art and the Vaporeon VMAX alt art promo a little while ago. getting them both graded so they look even better on display!

Solid picks for good value cards. I especially think those Eeveelution Alt Art promos are gonna soar in the future due to the artworks being so cool and what seemed to be a pretty limited print run of product. They are actually rebounding right now and starting to creep back up to where they were a year ago

Hey Jake! Great video as always! I pulled the Celebi V alt back when FS came out and traded it but after watching the video, I realized I missed it so just picked up another one for $30! S-tier alt art for sure! Thanks again for the great content!

2) video series idea.. take the market price of sealed vintage packs (fossil, jungle, rocket, etc), set that as a budget, and see how close to a master set you can finish.. or even just how many holo/non holo rares you can get for the price of a sealed pack?

The celebi alt is already 30-35€ (currency on par with dollar) back here in europe. It is so beautifull i see many people buy em up for a cheap psa 10 to later have a big appreciation in value with cheap grading. Love to you for the great content jake, great vid as always🩷

I recently got back into collecting Pokémon cards for the fun of it after decades of not collecting. I wonder if you would buy these cards graded or ungraded - I'm assuming ungraded if they are under 50 dollars?
I got the Celebi V alt as a "bonus" hit in my FS "god" box! As if 12 secret rares wasn't enough, the box had 8 hits in the "normal" packs! GREAT box!😎👍✌️

Those Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon Vmax alt art promos are very under valued in my opinion (But holy smokes the Japanese ones are absolutely beyond expensive!) , but they'll definitely skyrocket in the future. And I hope my local stores restocks on some of those PCs, I need the Flareon one, lol!

There are a lot of cards that would fit in this category one of mine would be the ancient mew.
I just picked up the full line of legendary treasure full arts (most psa9) all for under $40 each. I love the art style and bright colors from them!

Funny you made this video. I picked up all these cards in the last month. Specially the gyarados because it’s a very underrated Arita card. Only problem was Gyarados is a little harder to find in Nm/Mint condition so I bought 2 psa 9 and then found a Nm+ raw one about a week ago randomly. I will say the Gary tends to go for 40-50ish depending on the condition. I like these videos, good job. 👍

Can’t speak highly enough of the Eevee VMax Alt arts. They have also been released during a time when the packaging doesn’t damage the promo cards. I love how for collectors the Gen 1 Eeveelutions feature together and more recently there are the masterball reverse holo trio to collect from 151.

Stained glass birds are overrated. There are tons of PSA 10's of those. They use to cost only $35 in a 10

Half of the video I was like "what is he talking about" but then I went to check, man, prices in Europe are pretty different from prices in America. For example, the vaporeon vmax you said was 15, it often sells for 30 here and the box you said was still in some shelves, I basically never seen and had to pay double msrp a while ago, now it's even more expensive, the marnie you said was 40, I can get at 25 and the milk carton lel at 50 with some luck. Interesting lel

That gyarados is sick, had my eye on that one for a long time but just haven’t sprung for it yet. Good to see a lot of other cards on this list that I also thought should be worth more than they are.

Depends on your native language. English & Japanese are the most prevalent for collectors but all languages work!

Easy to display as in the card is an appealing display piece. Hard to display means it's a card you struggle to make look good.
Jake, most of your prices are off by $5-$10. I don't know what data you based the numbers on, but TCGPlayer should be the standard price estimation rather than eBay or etc.
I don't really know if $5 - $10 is off by a lot. Card prices move in those ranges on a weekly basis. I would be more worried if any of these cards aren't actually below $50 - which I made sure they were.
$5-$10 is a really good give or take range hes in the ballpark on all of these. And btw TCG player is owned by Ebay now
