This seems to be the newest version of a time share. Note that they didn't mention the monthly/yearly "fees" involved which will surely eat into the "guaranteed" return.

Cooper this Hotel is Beautiful especially the 2 bedroom unit. As much as this hotel/ Condo is nice. To me I would rather rent a Condo.

I would buy and rent it out for passive income Mario. Especially for those too young to claim a pension. It’s a great return until your pension comes in and could even help those that want to retire early 👍👍
