It is a beautiful car. In the previous models though, there were issues of reliability, cheap parts (for their price),rattling noises etc. This model is a test whether Maserati has overcame all those issues or not..

what a shame Maserati didn't do this years ago. This is the best GT on the market. 911 is too cramped and spartan.
Ferrari, Aston and Mclaren are faster, but way more costly. This the perfect GT, more than fast enough, sporty, luxurious and comfortable.

That’s a tough one. Dealers have MC20s at $350k and they’re still selling out. Arturo is a more affordable option. Love the 911 but I’d take Masi GT.

Are they kidding? - The front bumper shut lines with the front wings on both sides is absolutely awful to the extent you'd think a bad after market front bumper had been fitted! This shows right at the opening shots of this video - so on a car of this level incredible poor quality

The car was designed by pininfarina wdym lazy? Lol this is just a modern version of that design. This design has heritage. Similar to 911. Some things are too beautiful to change.

When Ferrari stopped making the powerplant for this vehicle it killed the heritage and spirit of Maserati. Nobody wants a V6 turbo engine in a GranTurismo. At least the purists. Anyway, go get a V8 that is second hand. They're being thrown away and they depreciate a lot.

That’s not true. The original Masi GT had a V6, that’s the true heritage. Maserati never needed Ferrari, they’re Maserati. They’ve been selling cars since 1914. These new models are selling like hot cakes too. Every model. V6 or not Maserati is making a comeback. I’m happy for them. Depreciation is another story, but we’ll see how these new models go. Slap a custom exhaust on there and you’re good. Also, ppl aren’t just throwing away the old GTs, there are old gen Granturismos still going well for 80k, saw one for 101k (2018 model )the other day AND it sold. Soo with that said let’s see how it all plays out
@@xxxmachiavelli7726 Depends where you're buying secondary GTs, the trim and how old. I see them with miles for well under $100k and to be perfectly honest paying $100k or close to MSRP you're foolish because they all use accelerated depreciation. Maseratis don't maintain providence like Ferraris unless you have earlier models which were rare by Pinanfarina or pre-war era grand prix cars. Those are collectable. The Maserati GT was a volume car for the manufacturer to compete with Porsche and other peers for similar price points. They are being thrown away in my view because younger buyers don't care for purchasing used cars. Older, wealthier buyers are retiring and downsizing leaving younger buyers who want a basic financing plan with a new car every 2 years. It's not just Maserati, it's Aston Martin too.
Maserati's true legacy was not having its engines built by Ferrari, but building them itself.
They look and sound neat, just like British cars, but there is a reason they lost 80% of their value in 5 years. Just like British cars, they are pieces of crap. Ask any former owner. This is why they don't have repeat customers. So if you like paying 10X over a Mercedes for repairs and having a sports car broken down in the shop for months waiting for parts, by all means finance one and enjoy being under water throughout your payment term with the value of a similarly aged Lexus when you finally pay it off. Ask a former owner.

@@sandyobertello8971 Right so I've had five Maseratis at this point -- never had an issue with any of them. Grecale, Ghibli Q4, 2 Levante, and the Quattroporte. The only slight issue I had was with the first Levante where the car alarm kept going off and they couldn't figure out why, traded it in for a new levante. Overall really well built, sound great, and are ridiculously fun to drive. If a single dumbass leaves a comment about the steering column or buttons -- no, we don't care.
