Iam not sure if you are aware of this or not.But, iam a Datascience student almost done with my masters in Datascience.IIT has seperate page there are no such incubated companies for IIT if you are really keen on Datascience you can directly enroll in Datascience program with IIT.I feel companies like this may give you a overview but not full course.If you are really interested and you can afford on it do certifications which can become a key to your resume for cracking jobs.If you are not ready to spend there are tons of resources available like videos on youtube and 3-4 hour class for Each single language and data modelling like mongo db . Parents i have a small advice for you Please don't rub your interest on your kids for sure you can guide them but can't force them
