I'm glad to hear it! This video was a bit out of the blue, but it's what I was doing at the time LOL. Not seeing anybody else doing it so maybe over time it'll become profitable. Still got to figure out what to do with the other 12 roosters haha

Coyotes are notoriously hard to catch but I'll at least make a post of anything we get even if it's a possum LOL.
@@SteepintheWoods I bet it would be hard to Live trap them. We caught one in broad daylight, it got lead poisoning!!!

So stoked for the new video! I have always worried about them here as we have 2 outside dogs. I've seen them fight off an opposum and hold at 6-7ft rat snake at bay, but I worry about the more predatory animals such as coyotes bob cats and black panther. KY fish and wildlife swear we don't have them but I watched one run my deer off a few years back.
I think they're out there! One of our neighbors swears to have caught one on camera, although I haven't seen the video LOL
Honestly the bobcats are big enough to do whatever they want whether it's to get a chicken or a grown man.
So far the worst thing we've ran into up here is wild dogs, had a pair of them try to get Celia and then me and turn. The rest of the story is classified LOL
@SteepintheWoods well I don't know how many there are but I know I seen one is Rowan County when hunting with a buddy of mine. Needless to say I never got a shot at my deer. It ran it across the field and around a house. I just wish we would have had a camera at the time. I seen it through my rangefinder as well just to be sure. It was half as tall as the doe and jet black.
I worry about the chicken hawks we have around as well as we have chorkies. The runt is only 2 lbs, so it's a snack for them. The 22 caliber pellet gun will make contact one time or another
Oh I can’t wait to see what you’re going to catch. We have a lot of bobcat too. They are shy and sly but what can turn down a fresh plumb little hen? I’m going with a coyote first. I didn’t realize you could sell them. Interesting.
I'm sure we'll get something! I'm 90% sure a bear tried to get the chicken but couldn't fit in the trap.
And the guy who buys them actually has a hunting resort, $75 for a coyote $100 for a fox but they can't be harmed.

It's some kind of really expensive hunting resort.. which I can understand may seem depressing to some people.. but to be honest I've never met a single person who liked them.

I use just a small cheap camo tarp to camouflage mine and shuffle some leave to make it look natural

It's actually a hunting resort of some description, $75 for a coyote and $100 for a fox. I'd have to really need the money to give him a fox though.. yes they'll eat your chickens but they're getting rare nowadays.

@@SteepintheWoods I don’t demand anything I never did I comply to the beat of my family 95% of the time, sometimes I get so beaten Down that a intrusive thought makes me fall but that’s like seeing a skeleton of a person fall to the ground. Im honest and driven with people being fair to each other I hate bullies and child predators and world dominaters and believe it or not I am a decent person. I don’t eat chicken or meat most days and I live on bread and butter most days cos people are mean as dirt and I don’t expect that from you. Be fair honest wise and clever enough not to let people run you down and only do it if you can walk away from it and it’s a bad asshole your talking to.
People destroyed me for being pretty and clever BE CAREFUL your family still need you and make friendships with them the most important lessons are not supposed to be learned through fear. Have a nice day son
