It's just a variant of the Bicorn enemy that first shows up in LB4. The Emperorcorn at the end is another Bicorn variant that was apparently around since the first Summer event.

Just so everyone knows, the uchhaishravas were the holy beasts from LB4 (the white unicorn type beasts). Now whether eating them gave him the holy grail or whether an Indian god was testing him, you can draw your own conclusions🤣
