Templates: Describe Image & Retell Lecture (Scored Test C - PTE 2-hour exam)

- Unlike the IELTS, you don’t risk losing marks owing to the use of templates in PTE Academic. Templates are very useful in emergency situations when you get very short audio. Often in Retell Lecture, you may get audios that are not long.
In this video I will show you how I used templates in Describe Image and Retell Lecture and achieved 90 in the new 2-hour scored test (Pearson Mock Test C)

wow this is really helpful.... i am giving this test very first time i dont know how many questions will i get of each module and each question type... for instance READ ALOUD how many paragraphs will i see in exam of READ ALOUD???? and what about other modules.

Hi Moni, not intending to downplay your achievements in any way but does this sample genuinely represent what could give you 90 for speaking in the actual live version of the exam? Maybe I set too high of a bar for myself or misinterpreted the APEUni results but this gives me hope I can score a high band in the upcoming exam.
Can someone tell me if we can jot down these points in the system instead of writing it down? I am good at typing but struggle while writing so wanna know whether the "blank space" is available in the main PTE exam or not so that I can practice accordingly.

Most of the quality mock tests are paid because in order to score Speaking, the developers need to pay fees to the service providers. I want to share my experience with new changes. I took my exam three times before with old format, and I used to get 63 or 64 in speaking, I had a 74 in reading. However I took my test with new format 2 days before and I got only 57 in speaking & reading. Is new format affecting speaking and reading score. This thing happened to me 😔 Plz advise
Love it really depends on the test questions. The scoring of the new format should be the same. What did you get for Writing and Listening compared to the previous test?
