I’m on a robotics team called Red Arrow Robotics 21353 and our average score is something around 37 so that’s crazy to see bots that good. 👍 It’s also cool to see people know about FTC.
That is definitely true. This is our first middle school team’s year and we had no help from our high school team (3234) and none of us knew how to build a robot so we did pretty good considering that.
@@Henyahyah It is great that your team put it together without much help! Some of the mentoring teams are getting back from the challenges they faced during the pandemic, but I am sure they will be helpful if you reach out.
Yes, we did get the circuit points. It seems like the Beacon capping gets added during scoring of the end-game, so it is not shown till the final score is calculated.
For the sliders, we use the PID algorithm to ensure that they always move together. For the Virtual 4 Bar (V4B) it was harder, and the Torque servos had to be programmed to move together, through a tideous manual method of figuring out the matching values for each position where they needed to stop.
Great job guys 😀
Thank you!

All your hardwork and the learning that goes into building your Robot is worth much more than all the points 👍

That’s amazing! Do you guys use roadrunner or odometry In autonomous?
Thank you! Yes, we use Road Runner with dead wheels in autonomous.
❤
Did they end up awarding Blue the Circuit? The ownership overview at 2:53 appears to be incorrect, as blue capped the red-side high goal.

Slayyy good job!!
Thank you!
How did you get the arm movement to be so smooth?

This world Record has been broken for those who are looking for latest record. Its set by Cruise Control 9889
No penalties for breaking the "plane"? What kind of refereeing was that?
What are all the systems you guys use in auto?
We use Road Runner with 3 dead-wheel encoders.
