Family Fare has the best chicken in Omaha and you get it at any of their multiple locations. It's consistent and delicious.

Family Fare Used to be. Not anymore, last three times i went there, it was old slightly gamey flavored day or more older chicken. and One of those times, i purposely waited 15 mins for a new batch from the fryer. And they proceeded to give me old chicken. Said their management told them they had to sell that first. It used to be my go-to place for chicken. No more.

Well, you should come to the one on N. 30th Street at 11:30 am when they first put it out because that Chicken is GOODT! And, I'm from the Deep South TN/MS and that chicken is CERTIFIED ‼️

I'm going with 140 pounds but I no for sure that I'm going to be much heavier when leaving there
The chicken at Alpine is really good, and it is fun to watch the raccoons. But the side dishes are not good, the cleanliness is not great and the place seems run down.
