Original hardware is always best, but wow, I've seen a few in person and they are impressive for the price. They look great in person. I might have to get that T2, those Sinden light guns are sweet.
I try to keep my cabinets as close to original as I can. Other than lighting up the coin doors I’m pretty happy with how they look and function right out of the box. T2 and The Fast & The Furious definitely get a majority of the playtime in my household. T2 was worth every penny even with it having only one game. 🤝
I love them all but T2 and Fast & the furious definitely get the most playtime with my family and any friends I have over. There’s days where I go back and forth playing only Biltz and NBA Jam. Pac-Man definitely gets the least amount of playtime. Golden axe and Altered Beast are two of my favorite games so that cabinet does get a good amount of playtime. It’s hard to put them on a best to worst list because they all do different things great.
😂 NBA Jam was my second cabinet so I was definitely ignorant when it comes to the home arcade hobby and arcade 1up. I hadn’t even heard of a deluxe cabinet at that point in my Journey.
