Team white grout! The grey grout shows the uneven tiling job more.
No it’s more difficult to maintain with discoloration
So much is lovely, but... deal breakers are #1 kitchen sink faces a wall? Noooooo! Never not have a window to the outside over the kitchen sink! Second a realitively easy fix.. mirrored closet doors in the bedroom, not conducive to restful sleep. Plus looks cheap and tacky.
Okay, I give this house two big thumbs up! 👍👍 It looks so much lighter, brighter, and more functional. Very, very nice. They basically saved that house.

The gray grout wins! It shows off the shape of the tile, and keeping white grout clean is a chore. The house looks great, but would've liked to see the pool before and after, and how much it cost to restore.
They needed to clean up the pool deck too! The trim around the wall area in the backyard was not cleaned up. Not a good look. Plus there wasn't a lot of room to walk around the pool. Very tight.
Yes maintenance for white grout is burdensome

the white looks better in between the tiles...I never liked these dark colors between the tiles.

DUDE THESE KIND OF HOUSES ARE THE MOST EASY TO RENOVATE. I CHALLANGE THEM TO RENOVATE A CEMENTED HOUSE
...or come to the south and redo an antebellum and keep the design appropriate. Not possible. It would be a modern box when she's done with it.
