Yu Suzuki Game Works Vol.1 is a compilation of games designed by Yu Suzuki in the 1980s. It was released exclusively in Japan for the Sega Dreamcast in 2002, and came with a guide book. No second volume was ever released.
One thing I noticed here is the announcers 'FINAL LAP' in Power Drift. It is the same announcer that was later used in Virtua racing! Other notable differences from the arcade counterparts are the ferrari emblem on the car in Outrun has gone, & the car itself has changed and the signs in Hang-On are different. Also, these versions run at a higher resolution than the arcade versions. What differences have you spotted? Let me know in the comments below.

NB: I managed to borrow this copy of Yu Suzuki Game Works Vol.1 off of a friend of mine and captured it using an OSSC hence the frames and screen size sometimes displayed between games.

Can you use the dreamcast steering wheel on these games?

I'm not sure, I believe so. I'll have to try it at some point in the future (if I ever get round to it that is) I couldnt find much info online on if you can use the wheel but based on what I have read, you can.
