Ive been making Starbucks brand coffee drinks for a year and am just now learning how to truly be a barista. These videos are so helpful just watching you make customer drinks. This is how I want to serve things, beautifully.

what is the point of moving the milk to another jug?
it's the same effect as swirling the jug to combine the milk and foam into a silky texture. When you tap the jug to get rid of bubbles, it also separates the milk so swirling and/or changing jugs recombines it (the moving also helps with some lil bubbles)

@@saragerace2648 but, I've seen some people just froth, swirl, and pour. not moving milk to another jug, so they are more skilled that they dont need to change jug?
@@fukuro88 personally I don't change jug all the time, it's personal preference and doesn't mean much about skill. Sometimes there's not enough room to swirl, so you can split it or change jug size too

Ever since Latte art became popular latte and cappuccino stopped being so different. You simply cannot make good latte art with a traditional cappuccino.

Milk obviously is too cold, not heated even enough, though it help with the art I see
