It is crazy that on Patreon I just watched last week the end of the co-managing Jim and Michael. That is how far ahead they are 😂
Dwight has been constantly against the people, and he still somehow always surprises the couch with his bootlicking ways lol
They’re all very slow people
I love Andy's explanation of the cheeses he used on his makeshift platter 😂😂
"Toby Flenderson is doing drugs" 😂
Can't wait for the wedding!
I hope episodes 4 & 5 hit CZcams as a double video drop 😮💨 I need that
Dr J, basketball player for the 76ers, not Run DMC. Haha
How did the black person mess that reference up?
@@rockycuro7737ummm? Because they dont all watch basketball lol
@@jojy43568 And this has been your friendly "Yep, racism still exists" check in.
He was thinking of Jam Master Jay, honest mistake
@@jojy43568 now I know you’re joking with me
We're starting to get into late-stage The Office. It's only gonna get weirder from here.
"A doctor's note from Dr.J?"
"Is that a Run DMC reference?"
That hurts my soul.
Yeah what's wrong with YOU, Chris?
I loved the Michael-Jim dynamics of this episode, even if it seemed like "unnecessary" drama (that's the point), every character's actions and motivations made sense!
Man we are slowly getting closer to Scott’s tot’s.
They already got over it. That's why I dislike Patreon.😆
Well.. "what you gonna do?".
Stop hyping that episode. It’s overrated
I can't even watch that episode when I rewatch the series.
Over hype leads to disappointment
ive had two work injuries, on both arms. the first one, i was a waitress and was putting dishes into dishroom at the end of the night and some fuck removed the rubber floor mats early (for obvious reasons, the dishroom mats are the last to go through the machine) and i slipped and fell backwards, falling straight on my elbow. it hurt like hell but i laughed it off. i only realized it was bad when i couldnt lift a single water goblet/glass without excruciating pain. left elbow had a hairline fracture. my 2nd injury, i fell in the parking lot while picking up trash, caught myself with straight arms. hairline fracture on RIGHT elbow. to add insult to injury, the garbage blew away while i laid on the ground 🤣
toby probably should care if someone is lying about a workplace injury
He's dead inside so why would he care lol
5:04 no it’s Dr.J the basketball player from the Philadelphia 76ers. Come one man.
cant believe you weren't happy for Dwight for cracking the case.
He was being an ignorant A hole, what are you talking about
I think people are forgetting the context that in the past Michael has had a top salesman go behind his back to try and swipe his job, and with Jim's secrecy about the whole thing, it's not completely unreasonable that Michael would get paranoid that it's happening again. Yeah, Michael shouldn't have got in the way and completely overstepped, but at the same time Jim could have given him the curtosy of letting him know his whole plan ahead of time, especially because it also directly involved Michael getting a promotion. Even without that aspect, Jim getting promoted would cause Michael to lose one of the top salesmen during a period where branches have recently closed, which is not a small matter. Yeah, Michael trying to help might have caused an embarrassing moment or two, but Wallace knows and respects both Michael and Jim and so wouldn't make a decison based solely on something cringy Michael would do. Michael was a hundred percent in the wrong in this episode, but I do think Jim could have handled it a bit better and just given basic communication.
Even with Wallace's respect, Michael's antics have gotten him to change his mind. Remember that Jim's initial plan included a promotion for Michael, which means that Michael was liable to stumble and display himself as unable to handle the responsibility. Jim's handling of it makes sense because he banked on Michael having a positive opinion on him.
Nah, Michael was just an idiot as per usual here. If Jim was going to end run around him to back stab him, he wouldn’t do it by meeting with Wallace in the office conference room during business hours with Michael in the adjoining room.
Why isn’t this in the playlist?
Once you go Czech, YA BEST PROTECT YA NECK
The fuck?

Next to Scott’s tots the cold open for this episode is what I’ve been waiting for you guys to get to.
people licking their pets is crazy and unhealthy
Not that I agree at all, but what is the difference between licking your pet and letting your pet lick you ON or even in your mouth?! Like where is the line here? I’m speak to my white brethren specifically cus y’all be the main ones I see having no issue with this. To the point that I hear “if you eat your partner out than that’s worse than a dogs tongue!” And I’m just over here like, “no judgement but what makes you think everyone is eating their partners ass?!” 😅😅😅
I’m begging you guys to upload two of these a week, it doesn’t have to be on the same day, you already have so much stockpiled 😭
Seriously
People be like mind your business. But if someone is stealing money do you still keep quiet. Rules exist for a reason. If everyone broke the rules and the company has to keep paying money because of it and goes under forcing all of you to lose your jobs. I don't want you guys to say sh*t.
Cmon let’s all be adults and agree that at times Angela is a hottie
Jim should have then pushed for taking on a part of Michael's job while still being a salesman, then Michael doing an evaluation report after 1-2 months on whether he can run a branch. Then let Wallace know.
The massive irony between the "buy less-buy sustainable" Shirt and the mountainous of plastic trash on the table
Ever consider maybe he wasn’t the one with all the plastic trash, but doesn’t preach 24-7 to his friends about their use?
The ones I can't wait to see you react are "The Lover" and "Double Date" for reasons I will not spoil, but I will say that Jenna Fischer being an amazing actress and being able to convey rage wonderfully
4:50 Care to explain?
13:18 I came here just to watch your reaction to this specific clip. Classic Dwight.
Dwight and Tobys side quest is easily the best part of this episode. "Workers comp my ass, I can't believe this. Hey you a**hole, you gonna eat all of that dog food by yourself?" Then Daryll shows up to the office, "You show up to my house, mess up my trash cans, call my baby sister an a**hole and told her to eat dog food." 😂😂
This one was brutal! 😂😅😂
Dwight's Scream in the end was FKN EPIC!!! 😤😤😤🤣🤣🤣
TOBY IS THE SCANTON STRANGLER!
Please look up that theory! :)
I still don't buy it. Funny though.
The Scranton Strangler hasn't even been mentioned yet as far as I know. I think he's first mentioned when Pam gives birth.
No, you're right - he (or I suppose she if Toby is right and they may have put an innocent man away) hasn't yet. The fringe theory that Toby is the SS if funny, but I've never bought it.
At this point, Jim had not proven he was management material -- all he'd done was fuck around and pull pranks. I dont think Jim had any distinguishing achievements shown in the show, he would be at best competent some of the time.
He is very often named as the top salesman of the branch (in direct competition with dwight), he has people skills, he gets along pretty well with his coworkers and he knows their strength and weaknesses very well. The main reason he fucks around so much is because he gets bored by his trivial job. Michael was probably a better salesman than him, but outside of that, he is certainly a hundred times more "management material" than Michael himself.
@@TardThor being a good salesman doesn't mean being good management material, you just pointed that out with Michael too. Jim harassing the workplace with pranks constantly makes him a terrible choice to manage them, he hasn't shown he cares much about his job or had any aspiration to manage people. those aren't excuses for his behaviour, they would be disqualifying factors in any real-life workplace.
@@kcha237 do we really care that much if jim isn't qualified for the job lmao its a stupid corporate job that does people dirty on a regular basis
@@kcha237 Being a good salesman doesn't mean he is good management material, but it means he knows the business and what drives it, it's a necessary quality, not a sufficient one, I listed a bunch of other reasons too. Jim certainly wasn't "harassing the workplace" with his pranks. It was pretty much just Dwight (often in response to a provocation) and it's clearly part of a certain balance of power that is necessary in the office, otherwise Dwight more toxic tendancies run rampant and disrupt everyone else. Sure he can go too far occasionally, but you wouldn't need 2 hands to count the moments where he was an actual nuisance to his coworkers. Compare that to Michael's track record and that's hardly an argument against Jim becoming manager. Also, this isn't season 1 anymore, Jim has clearly shown multiple times that he cares about his job at this point. He even states it explicitely in season 4. He also displayed plenty aspiration to manage people by literally asking for a management position in this very episode.
@@kcha237dude, Michael sucks at his job and still manager, he would get this promotion if michael wasnt a kid
I saw a little announcement today on Navi's Instagram.....Congrats!

Why is she clapping at our(Sweden) horrendous healthcare system? o.O
You guys talk on the phone while driving? Wtf?
Have they reacted to any bloopers yet?
It’s weird how they always blame Michael 100%. Jim has proven to not take his job seriously, nothing Toby said was inaccurate, and that is information Wallace should have before he decides whether Jim should be promoted. Sure Michael acted in fear, but Jim is just as responsible.
Agree 100%. Like them saying Michael messed up for pulling out Jims file to sabatoge his promotion. Like yea Michael did it in hopes it would make David think twice about promoting Jim but thats the kind of information that should be looked at no matter what in regards to a promotion. Like "Hey this employee constantly screws around and messes with other employees. He is constantly leaving his desk to talk to an other employee not in regards to work matters. " And they say he shouldnt have pulled out his file? Also I dont know how its even questionable that Toby would care about an employee lying about their injury to have the company cover it. If i saw someone do it, I wouldnt go out of my way to snitch or anything but its not a question that it is morally wrong.
once you go brown the other colors let you down
Toby was right about Jim
Calling toby, one of the founding members of the finer things club a shit person is very declasse
Dr. J is not a Run DMC reference. Julius Irving, aka Dr, J, is an all-time great in the NBA/ABA.
I mean Dwight was right lol
Where is the sixth member? 🥲
If Michael put as much time and effort into work as he does into his crazy schemes… he’d be running Dunder Mifflin lol
All of them have moments where they could be better people - even Pam and Jim, the two you're supposed to root for most of all. Tobey isn't so bad IMHO.
Is Michael wrong? All he/Toby said was absolutely correct.
When David asked for Jim to share the job with the man who sabotaged him from getting it himself, he should have told them both to kick rocks and stormed out. But maybe he thought it was "pretty cool" since he still is lazy like the early seasons.
Jim has no one to blame but himself. He knows Michael and yet to kept him in the dark of his plans? Why? Silly. I’m sure if he was totally up front, Michael would have had his back for sure.
He wanted Michael’s job and yet got half a job which ultimately will make him look weak as hell in the long run. And Michael being too nice once he finds out Jim’s plan gives up half of his job to keep Jim. A total crap show 🤦♂️

I truly hope people dont actually think Sweden is communist.
Glad someone else brought up about the Pam's boobs jokes. Like once in awhile can be funny, if the joke is clever. But as the show goes on it feels like they are happening several times a season and getting less funny to the point it feels like they're just commenting.
I don't know, I thought it got weird longer show went, and it gets *really* bad in an ep halfway through the season.

I've been raised in a very racist and homophobic household, and it washed away once I read books and met other fellow human beings. Took time, had to challenge the essentialist crap that was at the basis of my worldview.
So, maybe it's not possible to beat the bigotry out of people, but it's certainly possible to shed it away (and I hope for the most part that I'm aware enough to still work on my first instincts)
Funny, I grew up with Black people and that certainly did not help on a general level, only an individual one.
the fuck are you talking about?
What the fuck ?
Sir, this is an office reaction
Well, if you didn't skip the introduction, you'll notice they spoke about Angela's bigotry and if it's possible to change someone's bigotry. Just wanted to share it's possible

Once you go Indian, you never go vanilla again.
I can’t believe they actually tried to continue this show without micheal after season 7 no wonder it flopped so bad. Will only be watching the reactions with micheal not interested in the reaction episodes without him. You’ll all come to find out after micheal leaves, the show goes downhill from there as they desperately try and fill the void micheal left. So all the other actors end up over acting their parts which makes it really strange and unfunny.
Sheer hubris
Bye then 😂
I wish Michael got to interact with Robert California
