Nothing like the feeling of rooting against Michael from being weird to Holly for two whole episodes and then the following gut-punch when you realize that they're perfect for each other, she actually seems interested in him, and essentially asked him out, but he rejected her to pursue fatherhood with his toxic ex.
When I first watched this episode, I didn't get it. Having been in a toxic relationship since then, I get it.
The fall of dark Ryan and the arrival of Holly, these are eventful episodes, indeed
I love Michael thinking he’s going to remember this day for the rest of his life, and being 100% right but having no clue about the reason.

Pam's talking head is finally facing the window, like Jim and Michael, which was decided early on represented those characters with hope or a dream to leave the company. Everyone else's talking head faces inside, because they're content or trapped.
Michael has hope to leave the company?

A decision made early in the show was that the talking heads would be done with The Office in the background. The exception was made for Jim, who would have the window to the outside world. This is meant to symbolize that Jim's future is outside of the office, but no one else's is. When news of Pam going to art school is announced, her talking head is in front of the window.
33:51 I think it's at least arguably worse. If she cheated on him, it could have been because she made an impulsive decision when she was upset or something. Going to a sperm while they were going out, means that she thought about it, and decided that Michael was just not good enough, but if they were still together, she wouldn't have told him.
Season 5 is probably my favorite. Especially the 2nd half.
2025 is gonna be great when they post S5

Truthfully, Holly's dynamic with Michael was when I started enjoying Michael's antics. Very cute together.

Season four of The Office for me is a perfect season of TV. If Steve Carrell wasn't going to win an Emmy for this episode, I knew he'd never win, this is the best of Michael for me. Season 7 to come has a lot to offer. But this is the crown jewel.
Peak Office is Stress Relief, but high points are the Dinner Party, this episode, Moroccan Christmas, and Scott’s Tots
ryan villain arc is maybe my favorite thing about the office and i dont really know why

I love how fast she and Michael Get along and her Future in this show is so cute.
I think the only one who picked up on the way Angela responded was Dwight, cause CLEARLY a lackluster "okay" means no, especially in front of an audience.
This is definitely one of my favorite episodes of the entire show.

I was so instantly invested in Michael and Holly's relationship and them getting their happily ever after that I think it impacted how I enjoyed the other romances on the show. They all paled in comparison.😅

Toby isn’t creepy he’s a sad man stuck in a dead end job. He tries to do his work and has to deal with Michael. Yes it’s wrong to keep pursuing Pam knowing she’s with Jim, but then again Jim was clearing pursuing Pam while she was with Roy.
Yeah, I always felt bad for Toby. He's really the only character that doesn't get some sort of happy ending too, which makes me even sadder for him.
Felt like this up until the point he touched her leg. Then it became creepy.

Toby may be a little creepy once or twice, but he's far from the only guy who has creepy moments on the show.
Finally I find some people who doesn't hate Toby because it's the cool thing to do his character gets so much unnecessary hate

Ryan's Meteoric Rise has finally come crashing as it always was going to. I love that Holly is finally here, the other half that Michael has been searching for. Now I'm just waiting for one more character to show up

Toby i probably one of my favorite characters and creed, alot of people say the show peaked but i liked it from season 1 to the end

Goodbye Toby lol. I'm glad Ryan got arrested haha and that there were big moments/life events this episode for the characters. Angela's a big 'ol cheater! But Andy is a dumbass for proposing lol like Marketa said, there must be a shortage of women because Andy is taking just any kind of treatment when clearly she doesn't fw like that.
I think it's just as people get older it's tougher to meet other singles. Andy doesn't seem like the type that would go to bars/clubs unless they were upscale Cornell grad places.
Scranton isn't THAT small (my wife and I stopped there as we were driving across the north east last year). I mean it's no major city by any stretch, but it isn't the middle of nowhere either.

You by no means are at the end of peak Office. Season 4 might be my favorite, but Season 5 and 6 are also amazing. And no seasons are not worth watching, Season 7-9 may have a dip in quality but they still have a lot of funny moments.
Holly is the best thing that happened to this show - loved her in it.

Season 3 to 5 is by far one of the best 3 seasons in a row of television. Just consistently PERFECT. Season 6 and 7 are great too but just not perfect. Then season 7 and 8 are just fine and enjoyable enough. So I would say Season 5 is PEAK for this show
Why do people propose at other people's weddings and events? Or in public in general? For attention. Simple as that. That's more important to them than the actual connection with their proposal.
