This is such a great video. I just purchased 2 chuck roasts today for 3.99 per lb. The ground beef 80/20 was 5.99 per lb, the short ribs were 8.99 per lb the stew meat was 6.99 per lb the taco meat was 8.99 per lb You are so great for teaching me...
I’m happy for you that you got a great deal on your purchase ☺️ Thank you so much for watching and learning from my video.. Please don’t forget to subscribe I more great tips to share ☺️😃
Actually it was very helpful for her to ask him to explain what he was doing. It helped me understand it better overall. She was drawing the know how out of him. Have a lovely day Miguel 😊
Subscribed! Thank you for this wonderful video, I appreciate your wife's commentary btw. I think people aren't used to it and took it as her butting in. Also, I loved it when you said don't be scared of fat...it's natural fat from animals. (Although butter is too, it's margarine that's terrible) America would be a lot healthier if they stayed away from seed oils! ❤😊
I have an enormous roast from a cow my dad had processed and I have no idea how to break it down. Im not sure how helpful this is for that roast but this is a tremendous help for when I buy them from the store. I normally buy all these meat sections separately. Thank you so much for this video.
Thank you for posting this, my bf was tired of me putting a whole chuck roast into the crockpot but Kroger had them on sale today BOGO and I couldn’t pass it up but needed ideas on how to make multiple meals with one cut of meat without it being leftovers for days. Now we have a few steaks for the two of us and I left one big half of each in two bigger pieces to still make a smaller dry roast in the oven low and slow but without him feeling like he’s eating stew meat lol
Actually we ended up with stew meat too from the pieces that didn’t trim as pretty and I made beef tips and mushroom gravy in the crockpot today after all and he actually liked it too so we’re set now 🤣
Bro , pay your woman top dollar for helping you narrate because if it was not for her im sure plenty of us would not understand all your cuts and why. Your video was very informative and im going to follow and subscribe. The two of you make a great team !
“Boneless short rib”. Is that the same thing as Denver steak? I see other youtubers/pro butchers seem to call it a ‘denver steak” when they do same breakdown.
