Ventress needs to repeat this episode's quote to herself everyday

1:32 All sith have the force (and almost all people who wield a lightsaber have it) and Maul is a Sith lord (basically the highest rank of the dark side wielders with the pronoun "Darth") so the answer is yes.
2:47 Yes, that is correct. You can use the force with lots of training and a low m-count but with a higher one it comes WAY easier to you. The jedi (of this time) didn't even consider training children with a very low m-count though they could have become jedi with lots of training and dedication.

I've always liked Dooku's lines when training Savage
"The task is merely impossible because you have deemed it so"
Corrupted as he is Dooku is still a wise master, you can see how closely he was trained by Yoda

He could have been a great master, and I wonder if things would have gone better if he trained Anakin.

Would the Jedi try to save/help Savage?
The answer is clear, No. It's a broken institution that, apart from a few exceptions, listens to the Republic and leads to numerous war crimes under the pretext of fighting for good. Some of them really deserved Order 66, but not all.
I'd really like to see an alternative scenario where instead of Order 66, the Jedi find out that each of them will be fairly judged for the crimes they've committed.
1:04, we see Clone Commandos for the first time.
In this case, it's Delta Squad - Boss, Scorch, Fixer, and Sev. These are characters from the Republic Commando game. Their story is remarkable, but I won't tell it now because there will be references to this clone group later. For now, I can say that Delta is the most effective unit.
As for training, everyone has their limit in the Force. The scale of midichlorians shows you your potential and what kind of Force user you can become if you reach your prime. Reaching your maximum is difficult, and you don't always know it's your limit.
As for other things like fencing or hand-to-hand combat, there's no limit here, and you can become better and better.
8:20... Remember when I said Maul is the son of Talzin? Savage is Maul's brother. Talzin is also the mother of Feral and Savage.
It's a messed-up situation. (And that's all we know about family ties.)
As for Dooku, he didn't want to know if Ventress died or not. Notice who he assigned to kill her - a droid. Dooku gave her a chance because he treated her like a daughter. Here, because she wanted revenge, Dooku found out she survived. Sidious would sense it, and it would be a huge threat. By finding out, he was forced into a fight to the death.
Savage is fully free from the Nightsisters' trance. He realized he's just a tool. Ventress wants to use him to kill Dooku, Dooku wants to kill Sidious. Savage doesn't want that. He wants to regain his family.
As for the scene at the end, yes, that's Maul. Is he alive? Well, we'll see.
9:05, It's ironic that whenever you idealize the Jedi, you're always wrong because the Jedi literally do that. Time to reveal another card, Vos and Dark Disciple, without giving away specific about plot.
So the Jedi ordered him to kill Dooku, he failed, and through torture, he was forcibly recruited and literally became Dooku's apprentice. The Jedi's reaction: Vos is a traitor; we must kill him.
Only Kenobi was the voice of reason.
As I said, it's a broken institution that instead of helping those in need, leads to war crimes. The Jedi were literally lost before Order 66.
As for Talzin's motivations, you can deduce something yourself. It's slightly difficult, but I don't intend to spoil it. All I'll say is that family connections are crucial here.

Also Dooku legit does care about Ventress, ever since Qui Gon died he's been feeling a void in his heart where a son should be
Prior to the betrayal him and Ventress had a father-daughter relationship, and sure he trains Grievous but the cyborg isn't force sensitive so to Dooku he's not really an apprentice
