here is a Special Fish Curry recipe for you.. Catering Special Fish Curry. This can be stored for 4 tp 5 days without refrigeration.. just try and enjoy the taste..!
Ingredients:-
Fish - 600gm (bone less)
Kudampuli (malabar tamarind ) 5 pcs
Kashmiri red chilly powder - 4 tbsp.
turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
fenugreek powder - 1/4 tsp
asafoerida powder - 1/4 tsp
Coconut Oil - 4 tbsp.
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
fenugreek seeds - 1/4 tsp
crushed Ginger - 1/2 tbsp.
crushed Garlic - 1/2 tbsp.
Hot Water - 1 1/2 cup (approx)
Salt
Curry Leaves - 1/2 cup
