To start off, I like to create a calming atmosphere in my bathroom. Lighting a few candles and playing soft music helps me relax instantly. 🕯️🎶
Wind Down
With my skincare complete, I change into comfy robe and spend some time doing what relaxes me-reading a book on my cozy couch, lighting candles, doing my LED red light mask, drinking my Green Tea....
Remember, self-care isn't just about skincare-it's about taking the time to unwind and show yourself some love. Goodnight! 🌙💖

How are those Elemis products ? I see them all over but never tried ?

Elemis I have heard a lot of amazing things about it, but I have only used the cleansing balm, which is an absolute dream. I truly love it and will be repurchasing 🥰
For a good cream moisturizer, definitely definitely the Clarins one or the embroliyse one
