Chip Mong Land!? The New Area of Phnom Penh that's Growing Fast

- Chip Mong is one of the largest homegrown conglomerates in Cambodia. They have a property development division called Chip Mong Land, and they've bought up a bunch of land in southern Phnom Penh. I'm taking a ride to see how the development is going. I'll show you "Commercial Street" where you can buy a shop house unit that includes a business on the ground floor and an apartment or office on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors. We'll get the lowdown on these units, including how much they cost to buy.

G'Daye mate , all my kids loved AEON mall ! now its MEGA mall lol , you dont need to open a shop if you don't want to but most do some type of business , and those walls can be pretty thin !! all service are payable to chip mong , thats how they get a little extra cream lol..

Angkor beer is owned by Carlsberg. I think Cambodia is fully Cambodian owned, but I could be wrong.

I see you have a Honda Air blade great bike if you ever replace the tires go one size wider on the front and the back and don't bother putting tubes you don't need them if you have non spoke mags.

Thanks for showing us these areas. What area had the shop houses available for 55k? I contacted chip mong land and they lowest price shop house they had was $243,900 usd, which is still a great price for commercial commercial property in a good area, but if there's something less than that it would be amazing.

You free to move were you like to live. I never buy , buy nothing. Be free to move were you want. Cambodia Vietnam Thailand. Rent is cheap. Never get married only rent you girlfriend. Is cheap that getting married.

Most sewage treatment have similarity. The conversion of ammonia into nitrate using good bacteria. The plant then consumed the nitrate, the biproduct of the bacteria. This kind of veggies is called the organic kind of vegetation vs chemical fertilized vegetation. Our tab water maybe has some of this kind of treated water.
