      @@jered2177 Mine still runs so good Im gonna wait a bit before i install my kit, why tear down a good running motor right? i will do it eventually. I got a spare cylinder off Ebay so I can just do a swap out when its time.

    I got the guy that has NWF ADV channel to install bigbore,probably about $600 total I don't remember. subscribe to his channel and ask him about difficulty. thanks for watching.

    Gaining 4 horsepower when you Only have 41 horsepower to begin with is a pretty good upgrade. That being said guys passed a certain point it's time for a Bigger bike.

      The main purpose of this is to fix out of round cylinders caused by the stock klr's shit cooling system

      Its a ebay or Amazon copy of ktm 690 cowl and headlight, the headlight was legal but a joke at night. Maybe needed a better bulb idk.thanks for watching

    I upgraded to a 30% bigger aluminum radiator my gauge never goes past the 1/2 way mark even in traffic.

      That's what I ended up doing,the stock radiator was clogged up

      @@jered2177 You can get the aluminum radiator off E-bay for 75.00$ it makes a difference my bike does run cooler no doubt I'm gonna do my 685 top end soon i hate to take apart a still good running engine right?
