Man they are faking TLM 102's now too? No one is safe. I checked out a used U87 in person at a Guitar Center and I suspect it's a fake. My advice is to not buy used Neumann mics unless you can see them in person before buying. Great video man!

I completely agree with you! I don't mind buying from different venues as long as I am protected as a buyer. I can always get my money back. Wastes a little bit of time if it's fake but it does allow me to see what new things the scammers are trying to do. Keeps me up to date on their scheming ways haha

Whew, I bought one for $500 used on EBay and everything checks that it’s genuine. I also sent the microphone to Neumann and they confirmed it was an authentic model. Thanks for the video dude ❤
