Sounds nice the way he explains consensual non monogamous relationship but unfortunately it's not reality n real love. Everyone wants someone to share to share life n love with. That's not love that's lust
You guys really need to ask about the girls on rhe road
You guys should get one of Frank's former UFC opponents, Jeremy Horn, on the show.
I think you guys should go on other shows to promote the podcast. Right now, all of your current subscribers are already going through the back catalogue and listening to everything. You guys could get so many new subscribers if you promote this podcast to the mainstream UFC audience.
5-0 in the UFC. 5 finishes. All title fights. 4 title defenses. Frank not being in the UFC hall of fame is an absolute joke.
Dana was butt hurt because Frank wouldn't do what Dana wanted... u know how it is with Dana he like a bitch and act this way..
This kiyon kumira on yt hs a short video were he explains it
He doesn't want.. Josh Thompson always said in his podcast
his dude is a real pos... he abandoned his dead moms dog at the airport.....
@@AndrewLee-cg6uk ou no a dead dog.. u r pathetic
I like how you never know who's gonna be on, like outta nowhere we get Frank Shamrock, crazy, I never see him these days
I honestly like having the old vets on more, sometimes we get some great stories that haven't been told before. Really glad there is a platform for it to happen more often now.
@@riseofazrael Ya, I like it best when the vets are on because thats where Rampage really shines as the host, also cool to see some of the more intense ones when they were younger mellowed out in their late forties/fifties
Absolutely agree with all three of ye'all.
Frank is insane. That's why. Same as tank. These guys don't make any sense.
@@williamRENothing sounded insane in either Interview. Maybe you are projecting.
The 1st real MMA fighter
And Bas Rutten and Marco Ruas and Ken his brother!
(U GONNA KICK OF A WAR BETWEEN KEN AND FRANK THEY ARE SUPER COMPETITIVE)
He definitely set the blue print and was 5-0 middleweight champ that didn’t get paid his fair share
@@johnsambo9379marco ruas was more complete than all of them
The first UFC MMA fighter was Don Frye...... collegiate wrestler, judo blackbelt and former pro boxer (albeit not a good one)
@@sinjinsmythe1571 marco ruas: black belt in bjj, pro boxing fights, pro muai thai, and many luta lievre competions in brazil before ufc
Real legends here. Ufc does everything to cover the career of Frank and Randy for that fact
And DJ.
Dumb post. DJ had a TUF season centered around him & his next challenger. He was offered PPV pts matchup vs TJ. Got Embeddeds, Countdowns, Press Conferences.
@johnkeros9109 You talking to me? DJ was pawned off in a trade he didn't want, for.. Ben Askren. He's was on top of his game when the UFC got rid of him. Watch the "mighty" podcast where he explains how and why the UFC still discredits his UFC career.
But.. he "got press conferences".. you're funny.
Randy Couture is in the hall of fame, weird take.
@@johnkeros9109They’re talking about after the three LEFT the UFC
Frank is a legend of all legends. Frank vs Sakuraba in 99 would have been the fight of the century. Thanks for having him on.
Ya frank vs saku is maybe the biggest missed opportunity in MMA history...along with fedor couture and fedor Brock
absolute facts
+Rickson vs bas. Rickson vs ken.
GSP vs Khabib

Dam you guys got Frank Shamrock?! I don’t think any other sport has a podcast as good as this podcast is for MMA.
Stop. Lmao.
Really wanna see Andrei "The Pitbull" Arlovski on the pod, he was my favorite as a kid, and hes fighting on this weekends card, at 45 years old.
Yeah!!! Arlovski would be a great guest! And Mark Hunt.
Yeeees, i also requsted this😊
Always knew that Frank was legend in the MMA world, but wow blown away by how smart and articulate he is.
ANY BIG MOVIE DIRECTORS/PRODUCERS WATCHING THIS? THEY NEED TO MAKE THE FRANK SHAMROCK MOVIE. WOW!!! 🤯 ROCKY, A BEAUTIFUL MIND & PENITENTIARY.
absolute and for real truth, man. I met Frank when he was at the RAW center in Los Angeles. Great guy. Utterly brilliant teacher. Magnificent, analytical mind.
If Frank was in a movie with his life story 💯... It would help the ignorant youth and help better the world 🙏🌍
@@samuraininja1846 WE DON'T NEED FRANK AS THE LEAD ACTOR LOL 🤣NOT A DOCUMENTARY BUT A MOVIE BASED ON HIS LIFE. INTERESTING LIFE FOR A MOVIE FOR ALL WALKS OF LIFE.
Bear would’ve been clipped being Italian not understanding any innuendos 😂
Frank was WAY ahead of the time in MMA.
Yes indeed
He was the reason I started watching ufc
Yeah watching in his prime, he fights and moves like a modern fighter
I think I was on youtube back in 01, and I saw Bas slapping someone (didn't know it was Frank), both had each other's ankles, and Frank was giving crazy facial reactions after being slapped.. That's how I think I started knowing about Frank.
@@thefullstop23 yes he was trolling him after each smack
This is like jre, only 90 percent mma. You guys are kicking ass
I wish Jaxxon Podcasts were longer, like 2.5 at least.
Bear Digidio- Lightweight-Heavy champion of Pancreas
Love bear but I swear this dude is the biggest MMA casual of all time 😂
Light heavyweight champion on pancakes
Pancreas lmfao
@@Hvygold I get the same feeling. It seems like he doesn't know who half these dudes are.
@@angryroy6277it seems like Bear just skims their Wikipedia page and maybe watches a couple videos for each guest. Because he always seems clueless about anything outside of their fight record, like well-known MMA memes/jokes and legendary moments that nearly every fan has heard about.
"Red wine and weed" hell yeah
You sound like a 12 year old. Weed man!!!
This was the best interview on this show ever!
Best MMA Podcast. Frank Shamrock is about as legendary as it gets in the MMA world. This man should’ve been one of the first to be in the UFC’s HOF.
“Bound by Blood” is still one of my favorite fight documentaries. Frank is such legend 🔥
MMA Hall of Fame needs to become a reality. This man is a unanimous, first ballot hall of famer. Walking legend.
Thank you for this amazing interview Jaxxon team!!!
2 minutes in hopefully they talk about how Shamrocks got zero CTE. Dudes sharp
Both the shamrock bros are still sharp, which is surprising for ken
Yeah he seems pretty with it
Ken shamrock definitely sounds a bit slower
No he doesn't. He sounds delusional. Like when 80 guys in jail didn't kill him because he said he would fight them. Sad.
Yall are trippin. My man Frank sounds like he been tweakin for years. Healthy type tweaker.
Grew up going to Guy Mezgers Lions Den every day after school, got to grow up around alpt of the legends. Didn't think much of Frank when he first arrived, really happy for him seeing what a succes he became.
Yeah, sure thing, buddy.
Man! This was one of their best podcast interviews.
Frank had me glued almost the whole time.
His story is very exciting and interesting.
And you can tell he's not lying.
He's cool as fuck. A true actual cool person.
I missed out on his career but wow he is incredibly intelligent, it's insane he went through everything he did. I'm glad fighting saved him because this man could've been a super villain lol.
Please get Enson Inoue on the podcast.
Hell yeah, aswesome guy
He's in jail in Japan 4 mailing magic mushrooms to himself
He's in jail in Japan...he allegedly had gotten magic mushrooms in the mail in candy bars
Hi Frank, im from New Zealand 🇳🇿.
You motivated me so much to train when i was a kid and still do to this day.
God bless you, man 🙏
You’re welcome bro, I’m happy you find inspiration from me. 👊
I love and respect how at around 35 minutes and change, it appeared to me that Frank was getting a little uncomfortable, and Rampage turned the conversation to another direction. Small things can bring Big results. Shout out to Rampage for showing heart ❤️ and understanding. Another BANGER by the way!!!
Awesome!!! Another guest that I'm anxiously waiting to see! You guys have a Gold 🪙 mine here with these guests. Thank you for the quality entertainment. I think Rampage and Bear need to be together because their chemistry is comical and adds more fire 🔥🔥🔥 to every episode.
Exactly a real fighter and person
And Dana White needs to come off his bullshit. Unless this guy in the Hall of Fame he has a fastest submission of the old-school era against the Olympic gold medalist Kevin Jackson, and picked up Igor Zanonieve and ko slammed him and beat an unstoppable oversize Tito that even Vanderley SILVA couldn’t beat
Great to hear Frank shoot straight on Dana. I appreciate MMA fighters, but Dana is a big part of why UFC is hard to take seriously. It's just silly that all his petty personal stuff comes before what is right for the sport and the fighters that built it.
We need Frank on karate Combat instead of that Mike guy.
i hope you have him as a guest again. one hour isn't enough for someone like Frank. What an amazing, smart and inspiring human being.
Great to hear stories like this, I did 6 years total in prison and have since turned my life around. People need to hear real shit like this. I remember getting jacked on prison food too lol, also didn’t get paid per hour but I made 75 cents a day. Never joined a gang either, walked alone. Thank you Frank, thank you Rampage and Bear! Keep up the sick content.
Ay bro you did it right. Glad you did a 180 💯

35:52 Shamrock has an anime villain’s laugh
Frank Shamrock in those early days was so exciting to watch!
Listen. Franks fight with Tito changed the MMA game forever. For me showed the first time in a big fight we here stamina played key…. ABSOLUTE LIVING LEGEND. Another great guest bare 🔥 Frank has a sad upbringing. The fact he’s here is a testament to his mental strength
i met and took photos with frank back in 1997. in southern illinois .he still the same. down to earth and cool AF!
now i been living in japan 22 years.☺️
I remember seeing Frank Shamrock body Igor Zinoviev and immediately realized what a true fighter is.
Igor was a badass fighter. After Frank KOed him and broke that collarbone Igor was sadly never the same fighter
Frank's story definitely needs to be a movie like this comment if you agree.
It'd be way more interesting that The Iron Claw, which was good but Shamrock's story from 11-26 years old would make for great on-screen drama.
@@tp1_philler179 Yea i'd love to see a movie about the Shamrock's made as good as the Iron claw was, not a pro wrestling fan but that was a great movie.
Truly a REAL LEGEND in the building 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Yo I just realized, Bear looks like a miniature Mark Kerr
Word !
No bear looks like turtle
I meant face wise...didn't mean to trigger people here. Yeah, he's built like a turtle and not even close to physique of Kerr.
Frank was p4p the best fighter on the planet during his middleweight reign and a huge pioneer/influencer too. The pettiness that Dana has for keeping him out of the HOF makes me feel like it's a popularity contest less a legitimacy contest. If that's the case, it devalues the hof as a whole. Shamrock is an OG and a legend that nobody who loves the sport can deny.
All around first MMA fighter.
No, Bas Rutten was the first great in stand up and later the ground game die f him was master. So he was the first real good MMA fighter.
Pancreas (however you spell it) wasn’t mma though
@@laureanoballestas811Umm Idk how to tell you this but Pancrase is definitely MMA(often referred to as the 1st) and they’re still around putting on shows. I mean this is google 101 stuff 😂
Actually, Marco Ruas "King of the Streets" was first...he just wasn't in the UFC. Frank Shamrock was the second all around vale tudo leading to MMA sports combatant, but the biggest thing he did that nobody else did? He discovered and formatted the beginning safe effective and progressive way to train for MMA. Nobody knew how to do that before he cracked the MMA DaVinci Code.
@@poffuz1Bas had no wrestling skills and absolutely zero takedown defense. He fell over like a bowling pin any time someone shot in on him. I disagree that he was a master at the ground game. He didn't demonstrate that whatsoever in his two UFC fights. I don't really care about Pancrase, because that organization at the time was glorified pro wrestling BS.
Holy fuck, I never knew Frank was a motherfucking SAVAGE. I was aware of him, saw his fight with Diaz, and how the UFC screwed him over. But never knew about his upbringing, nor have I ever heard him speak in a prolonged capacity. Dude for sure comes off intelligent, I'd love to hear him breakdown today's fighters man. Legend!
Frank and Ken both are extremely well spoken and articulate and clearly intelligent. Although they are not blood related, they both share some very noticeable characteristics.
Credit Bob Shamrock. Met the man with Rampage at CW. Frank and Ken need to settle differences and open the Ranch up again.
I feel like Frank is playing it up 😂 but regardless dude is apart of mma history. The Shamrock family is legendary 💪🏻
Bear, it’s PANCRASE, not Pancreas 😂😂😂😂
Frank talking about the Japanese groupies, rampage loving it and bear pretending to love it 🤦♂️🤣
Definitely tries too hard. He looks like an adult but is really naive.
I really appreciate Frank being so transparent. Legend in the sport.
Who on here had the black box that illegally had ppv for free. I'm 41 and my dad got it when I was 10. I got to watch ufc, extreme fighting and others in the 90s. I remember watching alot of these fighters they have had on here. Love this pod cast. Listen to it before work almost everyday. Keep up the awesome work Rampage and Bear!!!💪
The only thing I don't like about this podcast is some of them are recorded weeks before like this one...
I agree. Idk why they’re releasing episodes so long after they’re recorded. It’s not too bad for podcasts like this where they’re primarily talking about the fighter’s life and history. But it’s really annoying when they talk about breaking news and upcoming fights that have already happened by the time the episode is released.
They do very little editing for each episode, so there’s no reason why they can’t just release the episodes shortly after they’re recorded.
That and Bear is annoying.
Enson Inoue vs Frank Shamrock is one of the greatest fights of all time.
Finally!
Looking forward to this. 👍♥️
Please. With all due respect.
Its panCRASE not Pancreas lmfaoooo
"World pancreas"

What a treat, I don’t know the last time I have seen Frank in a interview 😮😊
Finally. Been asking for this one for like 6 months. Frank is the first true mma fighter the man changed the game.

His autobiography is great. Holy shit what a life. Maurice Smith taught him cardio!

Dana needs to put some respect on his name. Frank is a legend.
I loved Frank Shamrock the fighter . He was my first favorite fighter. That said, his personal story and the way he tells it seems so contrived.
Its a damn shame the UFC has tried to erase him from their history, but all the true OG MMA fans know who Frank Shamrock is. He was the first complete UFC fighter and should be in the hall of fame!!! He also had a great run in Strikeforce before passing the torch to a prime Nick Diaz.
Traditional values when it comes to love n marriage is the only way to go

No one believed he could beat Tito, even though he was undefeated in the UFC up to that point. Tito was a big, strong guy with youth on his side. When Frank beat him, it pretty much solidified him as the goat at that time. He was definitely the prototype.
