Astromech Droids: A History and Look at the Star Wars Action Figures and My HUGE Collection

Astromech Droids are some of my favorite droids from the Star Wars Saga. Something about the colors the designs and the feel of the figures which over the years fot better or for worse have changed. So this is a showcase of my love, appreciation, and disdain for these droids.

Surprisingly I got a collection update! Literally a week after this video I found a Vintage Kenner R5-D4 for five bucks! he was in pretty decent condition too with minor yellowing and extememly little sticker damage. I was very surprised to find his legs were made of rubber and that he even had the head-click when it's turned. He's now on the same shelf as all of the others near BB-8 and a few of the other cooler figures

I bought a couple little tackle box sorting tray boxes - I put all the extra little bits in there, like third legs, extra blasters, sabers and hand/fist swaps and helmets. Then I also have a few scratch built droids, and a tackle box full of parts as I make them.

Oh yeah. I use a little baggie for piece and accessory storage. Whatever doesn't fit in the hands goes there

Thank you! I wish I could say it's grown significantly since this was uploaded but I did manage to get a few more Astro Droids for it
