0:14 does this sword swing animation exist in destiny? I do not recall a knight ever using that exact animation

Crota was given his sword when he was newly spawned, it was the only gift that oryx ever gave him. Presuming that this sword and the sword he was given then are the same, i think its safe to assume that hive magic strengthened/grew the sword as he gained power.
Especially considering we know similar things happened with Oryx's sword, willbreaker.
