Missing Wongamat beach so much even though i live in so cal... i used to get massages in this building a number of years ago while staying at the Plumeria Pattaya near your apartment...i really think your deal is one of the best i have seen especially in this area maybe because the building is old but i remember them painting it hanging off ropes... That was a snooker table, liked the tennis court too, good deal, only thing that put me off was the bedroom, no window guess you use the aircon, which I don’t need to use in my condo as we get the sea breeze just have a fan. You are on a lower floor? Any problems with mosquitos? It's one of the places I want to move to once I get back to Thailand, not been to Pattaya only Bangkok many years ago. Want one with a sea view and balcony. Plus I don't need all the space (more room to make a mess!) so the studios suit me. Do you have an annual contract?

@@chuckwagonwins I found my place on FB's marketplace. What I recommend is getting an airbnb for a couple of weeks, and hit different areas, and actually look around, sometimes you can find some good deals that way, but marketplace (FB), you can for sure find some good deals.

Yes, there's buses from BKK Airport to pattaya. Plenty of places to eat everywhere. Oh yeah, 1/4 of Hawaii prices that's for sure

This is truly a nice spacious one bedroom condo on the beach. This is what retirement look like for me. I’m visiting Pattaya in May of next year and plan to visit this place. The place is truly my vibe. Was it difficult to get a retirement visa or do you do a border run?#myretirementjourney

@@chuckwagonwins I found my place on FB's marketplace. What I recommend is getting an airbnb for a couple of weeks, and hit different areas, and actually look around, sometimes you can find some good deals that way, but marketplace (FB), you can for sure find some good deals.
