Great first condo. 2nd one, you'd have to take that kitchen out and replace it with a full length wall kitchen with an island in front of it. An island outside of the kitchen isn't an island is it ? Decent prices too
@@alexbambam1 yes doing business in Bangkok I know a few that use Phuket as beach location since Bangkok has no beach but still live in Bangkok for education and hospitals and other luxury things only Bangkok provides in Thailand ..most Thai people with money in Bangkok from my experience from buying condos from Thai owners… a lot of Russian money in Phuket tho… also Thai that live in Phuket live the same as Thai in pattaya not like foreigners in Phuket that pay slightly more then other parts of Thailand
