The Desk Beds run around $5,500 for a twin... You either really have to have too much money, or really love the space youre in to invest that type of money. PS - those coffee tables run anywhere between $1,500 to $4,000 depending on the size of the table.

The fact that it can easily be assembled would also be a blessing, in relation to the fact that I now have a disability, after having had several strokes. This furniture would also be great for the kinds of homes periodically listed at TinyHouseListings.com.

I imagine the monthly rent increase for a substantially larger place would quickly add up to the $10,000. (when we are talking about going from a, say, 1200 sq ft to 1500 sq ft -- I'd IMAGINE). I WISH my apartment was 1200 sq ft. and moving only cost me however much pizza and soda I have to buy to satisfy my friends for helping me out. I can't afford to hire a moving company. This furniture is obviously not made for the majority of people living in small apartments in nyc. Would've been nice if they had put "high end furniture" in the title of the video or in the description.

I love the couch to bunk bed one. I bet it costs an arm & a leg to buy and a back breaking ton to lift, making it a hard move from apartment to apartment... *sigh*

I would not like to smash a mattress I just slept on against a wall, where no air can circulate and remaining moisture is captured. I also would not like to wait a couple of hours until the mattress has aired out and so have to wait to access the other functionality attached (e.g. desk). Just build a plattform for the bed or to push the bed under it. Much cheaper and you can use wood and set your own priorities.
