FILM DESCRIPTION:
In a universe as vast as it is mysterious, a small but powerful force has existed for centuries. Protectors of peace and justice, they are called the Green Lantern Corps. This is one of those extremely rare times where some superhero has a really basic disguise, and someone who knows the real them recognizes them because it’s so obvious.

I wasn't too fond of this movie but I sure as hell loved this scene bc all I could think was "finally! Someone acknowledged the unlikelihood that no one would recognize the superhero that does a crappy job of keeping their identity a secret!"
She questioned everything else besides the flying haha.
But at least she knows about the Green Lantern Corps later on.

The fact that they saved Sinnestro for a 2nd Lantern Movie was perfect if you ask me. A Lantern Trilogy would've been awesome. Ah well, back to the drawing board with Green Lantern...🤔😔💚👊

Even though the movie was rated poorly, I wish they had continued into a trilogy.
Mark Stone as Sinistero for GL 2, and Blake Lively as Star Sapphire for GL 3? It would have been two great villain portrayals.

How come he didn´t realize she was a Star Sapphire?
Carol doesn’t become Star Sapphire until later in Hal’s career as a Green Lantern.
This is the best scene in the whole movie in my option as Carol and Hal have been friends for years and Hal thinks that a mask is gonna hide who he is when is best friend has seen him naked. That saying when your best female friend has seen you naked there is nothing you can do to hide who you are.
I can imagine this version of Hal Jordan meshing very well in the DCEU. I am pretty sure dynamics between him and the Flash will be funny as hell.

Hopefully the DCEU Green Lantern Corps (2024) movie can give Green Lanterns a properly adapted and faithful to the comics showing on the big screen. I know WB wants to wait at least 10 years before trying the Green Lantern property. I liked this movie back in theaters, but looking back this movie really ruined Parallax.
