Love these ideas. They aren’t just for the kids. My dad (83) has regressed in his food wants/likes etc and these would all be hits with him and easy for me on those busier days.

We’ve used frozen chicken nuggets/tenders, etc to make chicken and waffles. We sometimes make homemade waffles and other times just use frozen ones. You can add hot honey, Buffalo sauce, bbq sauce, whatever to your chicken. Makes a yummy breakfast, lunch or dinner.
These all looked great. The idea of taking something from the freezer, tossing it into the air fryer while doing some quick prep in the cool kitchen is spot on for summer. Thanks Mindy!

I've made chicken and biscuits for my kids using chicken nuggets and the cans of small biscuits. The nuggets fit perfectly on those small biscuit. Makes a quick breakfast or lunch.

I just made Buffalo chicken wraps using the popcorn chicken tossed in Buffalo sauce on lettuce wraps with a drizzle of ranch. Yummy way to use the pre breaded chicken.

We are in love with Sweet Chili Sauce! It's delicious to cut up cooked chicken nuggets, coat them in sweet chili sauce, put them on flour tortillas, and top with chopped up bell peppers and spinach, or lettuce, black olives, cucumbers, and peppers! (First is my preference, second is my husband's!)
Wow, that’s a 🔥 recipe! I’m not that creative, I was putting sweet & sour sauce on them over rice and I thought I was unique! 😆
I make the lazy orange chixken that has half bbq and half orange marmalade jelly and the kids craxk up every time! ( we usually use dinosaurs) but also say mine is better than take out... and for really easy cheats grt the steam in bag rice to go with it ... I usually make rice... but sometimes it's just to hot to adult! Lol

So my oldest watches these kid cooking videos with me-we love them! And she wanted the chicken parm sliders-such a big hit? We do t have a toaster oven and not quite old enough for the oven but what she has found to do is to toast the bread in the toaster add the cheese-microwave for a few sections and added art fried nugget, sauce, and cheese and loves ir!

I get the Tyson air fried nuggets or tenders and use them with cauliflower rice and make a healthy stir fry!
IMy YA's love southwest chicken wraps - chicken nuggets would work really well for that. Our version is chopped chicken that I've tossed in taco seasoning (or fajita), cooked bacon, raw spinach (or lettuce), chopped avocado, shredded cheddar and a drizzle of southwest ranch dressing.
Hey Mindy, awesome video! Congratulations to your brother and family on the occasion of his marriage. When my great-nephew and his friends come over we do kabobs in the oven using chicken nuggets. I break out several different sauce varieties that the kids love. There are NO leftovers and NOT many dishes to clean. I sent a link for your channel to my niece, and she is binge watching. I chop them up and add to Jiffy cornbread mix along with cheese, spices and a tiny amount of sour cream or cream cheese (either tastes great) for my daughter Estelle, she can be picky but has always loved this. They are also good mixed in with a box of Mac n Cheese and a can of sweet peas.

Those pre sauced chicken always disappoint me as well. They are also so much more expensive at least in my area.
One thing we like to do is to take the Tyson honey battered chicken tenders, cook them up in the air fryer and then coat them in either an orange sauce or a General Tso’s sauce with some vegetable fried rice and some spring rolls from the Dollar Tree. Those spring rolls are addictive FYI and 10 of them for $1.25 is still a steal. The veggie fried rice clears out so much from my fridge that might go bad, leaves plenty of leftovers for lunch the next day and it’s a little treat meal we enjoy for a fraction of what Chinese takeout would cost us.

@@stephaniepapaleo9001 when o make fried rice I always make a double batch and freeze half of it so I can just pull one out and heat it up. Those spring rolls are super good and so easy.
@@kristyb5821 yes, I freeze most dinners and take them for lunch or when I’m feeling too tired to cook! I added spring rolls to my list with the nuggets!
I LOVE watching quicky/cheapy meal idea videos but 90% of them they include ingredients my kids won’t even LOOK at let alone eat (mainly beans) so watching this video using CHICKEN NUGGETS in so many different ways is AMAZING!! I’ve done the salads and tacos but the pizza!?!? And the parm sandwiches!?!? Never would have thought of that!! CANNOT wait to try the pizzas ty so much for using an ingredient that kids will actually be excited about eating!!!

My son really likes Trader Joe’s orange chicken but I don’t go often. I buy the big bags of popcorn chicken and orange sauce and make it whenever I am doing something for dinner I know he won’t eat.

I definitely want to try your garlic sauce! I like to use popcorn chicken in my chicken and broccoli calzones. So easy and delicious. I use Italian seasoning, (sometimes mushrooms too) ricotta or cottage cheese and mozzarella inside the fresh pizza dough (Aldi sells this now!)🎉 Sprinkle a little garlic salt and parmesan on top and bake! (Or air fry) Then we dip them in marinara.
And Girl, you don’t need makeup!💕 But the blue nails are awesome.😁

I love using the Tyson Boneless Chicken Bites for different meals. I cook them in the air fryer then make make either an orange sauce or a buffalo sauce to mix them with. I also love to throw them in a salad or eat them on the side of a salad. I got some great ideas from your video that I haven't thought about!

KFC bowls are such a great use for the chicken nuggets and the Parm sliders. The only problem I'm having is actually being able to find the nuggets at the store. They always seem to be out when I'm there. I live 45 minutes from the store so I can't check in every day. I'll get lucky one day though!
Chicken patties are big in my house... and the chicken parm sandwich with provolone is the winner.

If your kids are tried of meatloaf or say they don't like it try this plus it is fast & easy: No DOUGH PIZZA
1 lb. ground beef - I like to add 1/4 to 1/2 lb. ground sausage or Italian sausage
1 cup rolled oats
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried oregano
14 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. (6 oz.) mozzarella cheese, cut in small triangles - I use shredded and also any cheese we like instead
1/2 cup chopped onion
4 tsp. parsley - i leave out or put in basil, thyme & some dried parsley
1 egg
1 can tomato sauce
Combine beef/meat, oats, onion, salt, oregano, pepper, egg, parsley, and 1/2 of the tomato sauce.
Press meat mixture evenly into a 12 inch round pizza pan or onto a cookie sheet.
Broil 5 inches from heating element for 7 minutes. Spread remaining tomato sauce on meat and top with cheese. Bake 1 minute or until cheese melts.
I am going to do this Friday night using my roll/package of Italian sausage that was 1/2 price last week at Safeway.
I just love our munchies nuggets (half size of a regular nugget in Australia). My ‘junk food meal go to’ is these on a plate with crumbed herbed cauliflower.
I also love them on home made pizzas, topping pasta or in wraps/tacos.

Chicken nuggets are great for Chinese food too. Like sweet & sour chicken and fried rice. Sure, it's not take out but it's not bad. The sauce is simple to make and fried rice is simple too, all with pantry staples.

I only have access to a microwave while our kitchen is under renovation and defaulted to microwaved chicken nuggets chopped up and added to Knorr broccoli cheddar rice(from the dollar store ) , with additional broccoli mixed in .. it was yummy and inexpensive 😊
