Looks delicious. You could do the same thing, but make it carefully in a pie plate. Carefully cut into individual slices. It would be quicker. I don’t have that much time to make breakfast!! Seattle!

Forgotten how long potatoes in the oven as the video is so long - grating, cutting. For beauty of cutting vegetables is great, for quick dish ...its untrue.
