- i'm yearning for spring, for warmer weather and leaves in the trees. i'm using this feeling as inspiration for a series of 4 greeting cards.

Thanx so much for demonstrating use of Bee 140lb. I've been struggling with it, as it blooms easily. I learnt a lot from this video, but, mostly to accept a mild bloom as art as well. Change expectations when changing paper. You can't get the same result eith all papers. I carefully noted your judicious use of water and strokes. Lovely video, Ceecee! 👍🙏

I’m playing with acrylics, alcohol inks, resin, watercolors, watercolor pencils and pens, alcohol markers (copic), basically anything I can get my hands on to explore. All the cards are so pretty. The colours and theme may be similar yet they are each strikingly individual. Thank you for the product list . I broke my wrist so the next few weeks will be spent sorting, cleaning and planning my projects. Oh, and a huge congratulations to the winner. 💐

As someone who is obsessed with straight lines (break out the t-square ruler kind,) I have to say that “wonky” lines look so much better in the long run. I know, trust me, how hard it is to let go of that control, but your paintings will be better for it. If you have one razor straight line, then ALL of your lines will have to be razor straight or everything looks off. Not only does that make your painting look stiff, but straight lines highlight any mistakes you have made, especially with perspective. Let go! Embrace the wonkiness!
