The music is too loud, it obliterates the dialog. Their relationship is so real, it makes sense, though why can't they have had a family. So sad.

I went trough a similar situation. I dated someone 12 years, she didn’t want kids, and it was tearing me apart. But would never push that on someone. She cheated on me. I guess it all worked out.

After looking at old Fix It's and clips in addition to watching the series, I don't understand why the writers and directors didn't use more of the material they had of Alex and Maggie. They underutilized Ms Lima's character and the scenes. They could have shown us more of the two of them working together, building up a better storyline for the future. The fact that not only Maggie and Alex had such good on screen chemistry, but that Maggie fit in nicely with the DEO characters and Jimmy goes to show how much they messed up. She might have stayed or made more appearances if they had utilized her and her acting abilities more. As it was, when she left, the writing and plot line lost something. Some of the material seemed to be refitted/ reused to try and fit Alex and Kelly when it was meant for Alex and Maggie.....the romantic anniversary at the bar (think Valentine's Day prom), Kelly at DEO, wedding. If anyone would have had a celebration at the bar, it would have been Alex and Maggie. People expected Maggie to show up at DEO and help them or coordinate with them....the group worked and looked good together. At the wedding, where was Kelly's family? Only Jimmy, not mother, cousins, friends even though Kelly was with Esama at her mother's house to get full family effect. The writers just kinda gave up, lost steam.
Now, Lena Luthor is joining the Arrow series which is great. Maybe they can work something out and have the DEO, Maggie and Alex ride again.
I hate these compilations where the music drowns out the dialogue. I’d like to hear what’s being said.
