this balloon power-up was a BETA power-up turtorial by avolon. they had other unreleased turtorials by the other lbp2 characters that was getting ready for the BETA.
I believe it's also possible to use more timers and an and gate to make a regenerate timer, to make the player unable to use the balloon for a certain amount of time after they've used it.

I made it :) works great, but my player is holding it sideways as opposed to up wards.. Do you think I did anything wrong? It floats fine, just that one tiny bit that came out weird
Hmm, could you create a sort of small gun which shoots a laser that can freeze and move objects? I've tried with holograms and other methods before but can't quite get it. I think the best example is probably the laser the little robots have in wall-E... such a strange example...
adam cowan Ah yes, I made a similar thing in LBP2 ( its was a level that you had control of a popit like mechanic. Will sort a new version for LBP soon! though i like the sounds of the wall-e style version! so will make it to specification! Thanks for request!
Sean W it has to be on the white part (not on the decoration). You could always place a blank decoration mount in just for your handle. Just make sure the width fits right with your power up. Let me know if this helps/sorts it for you.

i made my own version of a balloon power up which only takes about 1-3 minutes and its really simple, only 5 things to need be used

Dosen't work, when i pull it up the ballon delfate sound is infinite and the ballon isn't near my gun!

hey, i can't place objects in the air like you did with the handle. any idea as to why that is? thanks!

yeah i did fine until around 6:44, the balloon doesn't move with the gun it stays on the ground
