Thank God, a fridge dent repair video that is not crap! Thanks
Thanks 🙏🏻
@@JJBanuelos Another cheap method to try remove the dents is to use a French fry slicer suction cup under it, after applying the suction you can move the attached unit gently to the side or circular motion to grab the dent upwards and to sides. (starfrit-french-fries-cutter)
Amazing! Thanks for a great video: Concise, great visuals & lighting.
2 weeks with a new stainless fridge and already a small dent with a slight crease. For as much as these appliances cost the materials used is garbage. They're like new cars where you can't even lean on it without it popping in lol. Great video👍
2nd day and it already has a mysteriously dent
Wow, great video that actually shows how to pull a dent successfully. Thank you.
Good video! Probably the only one that’s not click bait. It actually worked. Good job and you earned a subscriber lol
Thanks for the support!

Awesome, will try this for sure
That looked easy...hope when I do it it'll be just as easy..😃
Wow, I am so happy I came across your video, it is so helpful. I just purchased a new $3,500 Whirlpool refrigerator for $1,200 dollars. I got it for that price because it was dented and pretted bad. But again, I got a brand new refrigerator for that price .
I was going to replace two of the doors which would have cost approximately $650. But now I will do the same and purchase the dent removal kit. I do plan to post my before and after, thank you.
That’s great I hope this helps & fixes your new fridge!
it won't work on the shiny fridges, heads up. the glue will not adhere. I flip houses and have tried on all kinds, it only works on these types in this vid that have the flat brushed metal surface. If yours is the shiny coated type, don't get this.
It looks good. Thanks for the video. Near the end it seemed like there was a tiny bit of a wrinkle ... but maybe that was just the angle of the light reflecting off the surface. I'm going to try this!
No it didn’t have a winkle but more like a small crown to it but it’s definitely not as noticeable as a dent. Thanks for watching & good luck!
It raises up the SS in my experience. I think some kits have the knock down tool for after. Mine looks a bit better but the reflectivity of SS makes it almost impossible to get it right...at least by me ;=)
Very good🎉
Great video!
Appreciate it! Hope this helps.
Your garage fridge is what the average joe has in their household... lol
I'm in love with your indoor fridge!!
Thanks for the kind words! Yeah my indoor fridge is huge lol
Can't wait to see how you do with the refrigerator in the house.
Confident enough to try now. Thanks for watching. Make sure to subscribe!
Very well 👏👏👏
Thanks!!
I used this exact tool and method, and it pulled out a portion of the clear coat on my brand new fridge!! This doesn't seem to be brought up by anyone who has done this, but BEWARE! The dent is a bit smaller than initially was, however I do not want to do a third+ round of pulling on the dent in the event that more of the clear coat comes off and makes the area looks worse than it was.
Sorry to hear about that Kayla. Was it a clear coat or some kind of plastic film possibly to protect the finish? Either way thanks for the heads up.
@@JJBanuelos Definitely the clear coat. I am so so upset! I have no idea how to repair the clear coat now and the dent is still there, just a bit smaller.
Kayla Pickles did you try contacting the manufacturer?.... i just saw on mine that they sell refrigerator paint for scratches... just a thought
Yup. Some appliances have a clear coat to make cleaning easier. That's why you should never use cleaners like rubbing alcohol or scuff pads. It'll ruin the finish. What u can do is fix the dent with some Bondo aka autobody filler. Sand it. And wrap the panel with vinyl wrap like they do with cars. You now can choose any color you want. They even make wraps that look like steel.
I ordered the kit from your link Cant wait for Saturday to try it out
Awesome hope it works out for you. Thanks for watching & let me know how it works out for you.
Where is the link?
Thanks....very helpful!!!
👍, thanks for watching.
I’m a 20 year pdr tech, the process he used does work , however pulling a dent flush on first time is a very rare event, not saying this is misleading, because it does happen. If you keep everything clean while tapping back down because you will need to , most pull high with proper adhesion, polish the tip of knock down with 2000 grit sand paper and even polish with compound after
I agree I definitely got lucky on this one. It does take practice & patient’s. Thanks for the tips & for watching. PDR is a skill I’ve always wanted to learn.
The dent is gone but it looks like it caused a slight outty. It looks like it in the video anyways. Is that completely smooth where the dent was or does it feel raised, creased a little?
I have a dent in the curved area near the hinged side Will it work on that too??
Hi. Brought the same kit, but the glue wouldn't hold. I couldn't get the dings out?
Thanks dude... I want to try it out on my fridge.
No problem man good luck.
would it work on bigger dents. my sister is giving her fridge to me and my man, I'm taking it because it's better than ours now. but her ex hit it with a bat and dented her initials in it.
What was the name of the kit you used?
Kool video
Thanks!
💯
Hola me podrías compartir los materiales.
Is that normal glue in the glue gun or something special?
I have small dents like these in my fridge but I also have a larger one on the top of a dryer. Do you think this would remove a dent that is more like 8 inches around but not very deep? ... think of the size of a hand print... someone leaning on the top of a dryer to see the components in the back...
If it’s that big it may be difficult for the tool since it can only open so wide. As crazy as it sounds I’d use a toilet bowl plunger for that. It might just work for you. Wet the surface a bit so it gets good contact & suction & pull away.
Muchas herramientas y accesorios 😥
I need you to pdr my jeep.👍
Will this work on black samsung fridges without pulling the paint off? Dumb question but I never done this before, no idea.
Yes it’ll work on a black fridge for sure. It definitely won’t pull the finish off, just squeeze the handle gently & apply small pressure. Takes some time but it’ll take the dent out.
DID you try the other dent? The one that was small like a BB dent? (the type I have).
I haven't had a chance to. I will do it soon as I now have another dent
Wow! Superb. I Would like to know the name of that equipment placed on the fridge ,
kazeem lateef it’s on the description.
@@ricardocarrillo7137 ok, thanks
Yeah, whats that actually called....
You said you were going to put a link for the products you used but I don’t see one. What is the product that came with the carry bag, and what were the things that you bought extra? If possible, maybe the actual links to the bag of stuff and the Amazon link to the stuff for $8.
Name of the product is Gilston they have in Amazon
Since that last step scratched the surface a little you said, what is a better alternative to scrape off the glue?
I’d just spray it with some rubbing alcohol & peel it with your finger.
czcams.com/video/2x_xwqSDtrI/video.html
That works for a small round dent. What about a long line dent from dragging against a drawer knob? I live in an apartment and I don’t know what to do about this. :(
Might be a tougher job but it could be done. Won’t turn out perfect but it will definitely improve it.
Holy shit dude, that is Fridgezilla.
Lol yeah it’s a pretty massive fridge even bigger in person.
Is a dent at the very top gonna be able to be popped out? Or is it possibly too close to the edge? Thanks for the video and details!
Could be done just make sure tool has a good stable surface. Your could also use the bridge tool that comes with the kit.
@@JJBanuelos thanks - I will film my attempt. Wish me luck.
Is. So easy use the presión atmosféric...put a box of ruber Over the hole ,put silicón around so that not input air...do two hole one up and another down ,then with the dryer Over the box flow. air betwen the holes,.
Thanks
Does this tool kit work with samsung stainless steel?
Yup should work perfect
Nerf gun bullets cause those little dents if your still wondering. Thats why I'm watching yout video now. Lol
Yeah I’m sure that’s how I got a lot of mine.
What’s the hammer kit for?
Sometimes when you pull up on the dent it could cause to to pop up too much causing it to look like a hill instead it it laying flat. The hammer kit will knock the dent back down flat if this happens.
Did you end up being able to get it out of your refrigerator inside
Yes i did & it actually did a pretty good job. Not prefect but definitely improved the look of it.
How can i order the set to repair my refrigerator
Follow the links down below my description in the video. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for watching
What did you do about that E21 / 21E error code Freezer fan error. 😄.
Lol wow surprised no one had said anything about that till now! I had to replace it. Then just reset the error code on display. 👍
Well done on the fix. How do you think it might go on an enamel painted fridge?
Should be fine. I would definitely be a lot more cautious when apply pressure with the puller.
will not work. too shiny, glue will not adhere.
Alguém já achou essa ferramenta no Brasil?
🍺
4:58 lololo. Am cracking up..lollololo.(noooooooooooo
What do you have for large deep dents?
Same kit you'll have to just apply multiple glue plugs in different areas of the dent & work it out.
@@JJBanuelos Thanks!
hi i got everything you got but the glue won't stick to the fridge the plastic thing pulls off easy.
I would let the glue maybe cool a little longer once on the surface then with the puller I would apply very small sqeezes with light pressure working the metal instead or hard pressure if this makes sense.
@@JJBanuelos that glue cools quick i gave it plenty of time hours. its good name glue too i can pull it of with my hand this glue won't stick to this fridge its not a stainless looking surface its new dometic 105 liter 12 24 volt. its steel though 1700$
I bought my fridge at a 1k discount because it has 3 dents in the stainless steel doors. Im going to try this out
Awesome discount! This kit should definitely help. Take your time & they’ll come out.
How did it go? I did the same thing, saved over a thousand just because of a few dents.
I just purchased the newest Whirlpool ($3,500) frige for $1,200 because it was dented pretty bad. I was going to replaced the water door and the bottom fridge door, which would have cost approximately $650. But I will try this first, at this point, I can't go wrong.
Were did you get that kit
Look below my description. I have a amazon link to it. If you can access it I can send you one.
czcams.com/video/2x_xwqSDtrI/video.html
Yeah except now it looks like a tiny mountain range. What about the knockdown tools?
I can hear your kid in the background holding his toy wooden hammer.
Lol yeah I prob should hide those from him
Were you able to get the ones out of your fridge inside?
Came out like a charm!
czcams.com/video/2x_xwqSDtrI/video.html
What glue is that?
Not sure it comes with the kit.
Wow I am having a heart attack my brain i can’t stand looking at that dent on my fridge please tell me the name of the cool kit and what’s the name🙏thank you
just look down below my description. I have a link to the exact kit in my video. Let me know if you have any problems locating it.
I hope you did not buy this tool. I sell appliances and this will not work!! Guaranteed will NOT WORK!!!
instead of a dent, it's now a ding... not bad ! better, at least ...!
Right! Thanks for watching!
Your house is nice, how much is it?
Thanks! Enough to make my wallet smaller 😁
You needed to tap down the high spot
Yeah it had a small crown to it. Could have pull it a little softer. But with the knock down tap it’ll bring it back down
Use the knock down to finish my friend……
What were you spraying ?
Just rubbing alcohol to help loosen up the plastic
Where do u get the kit
It looks like there's a wrinkle or crease where the ding was.
Topnikko The haters will say that lol although I do see what your talking about , perhaps it’s the lighting or angle but either way its good enough for me
Topnikko I thought so too but then when he shows the before and after immediately after, you see that same light crease/reflection is in the before pic
Topnikko a mark will always be there and having a mark that stands out is as ugly as that dent lol
@@o2wrx911 when the steel is popping out instead of in, you now tap it to make it flat
The dent is still very very visible.
Looks like a blemish from the hot glue.
I hear Tesla has some SS cheap….
Ahhh nope....the imperfection is still there...the metal is stretched
First world problems eh? 😂
Lol
I sell appliances!! People this tool will NOT WORK GUARANTEED!!! nice try tho. If this tool works make another video but this time let's see you hit the fridge with the hammer and then get the dent out.
Deal. I’ll make another one soon
Trailblazer Films don't get me wrong it's great video being shot in reverse. Record yourself hitting your fridge inside the house, with no editing. And I'll buy your old fridge and replace with a new top of the line. I'll be waiting!
