Middleton is strictly a playoff beast. His regular seasons are inconsistent and even with his injuries the guy just summons a new life in the playoffs. His game is built for playoff basketball. Bucks playoff history would be different if Giannis and Middleton were ever both healthy at the same time in seasons past.
