Funny someone joke Oliver son was green arrow. I'm like dose he even know how to fight. Oliver offered to teach him but he turned him down. Now that's he's from a different time it would make sense.
So does anyone have a interesting theory for who this new green arrow is my first thought it was Roy because there are only so many people in the series who are a good marksman with the bow and arrow like Oliver and since he did train roy it would make sense but after the ending I'm not so sure
I don't think the Green Arrow wannabe is Roy.. I feel like it's William from the future, why would he be back, I have no idea. Also the whole time travel thing kinda fits better into the flash than arrow and that's why I am hesitant. But then again we have earth-2 Laurel around all the time so I guess anything is possible.
Time travel? Ok its ok on Legends Flash and Supergirl but this is Arrow, full of crime fighting and awesome stunts and stuff, this is way too much meta

Unless Oliver developed sperm at 9 years old he can't be his son but time travel make since. Hey why not travel back a year and 5 months earlier to take care of chase.
It's a flash-forward. That's why Roy looks and sounds so old. And Lian Yu is more or less back to normal, in terms of vegetation, which takes a lot longer than 1.5 years.
