Everyone is talking about thire strength but I consider their friendship. Team flash always blame and turn against Barry for any mistake he makes. When he lost his father and decided he wanted some peace. He was broken hurt. He decided to go back to the past to feel some peace. When he came back he accidentally changed alot of things like Cisco's brother being dead. Cisco blamed him. When Oliver accidentally killed felicity,s boyfriend they were all there for him. The made him know it's not his fault. Unlike team flash
Flash easily negs Oliver. He’s in par with Oliver in terms of BIQ and strength as seen during their conflicts later on in the series when they fight each other.

Remeber in season one when Barry got Oliver and Ronnie to help him defeat thawne and at the beginning of the fight when barry and thawne were circling eachother that was season one so barry wasn’t even that fats and Oliver still couldn’t even get a clear shot so if you ask me barry could neg dif Oliver.
You gave no reason for why Barry and thawne circling each other is slow… and if you watch the scene again Oliver can perceive both Barry and eobard it’s just them being so close together meant Oliver can’t hit eobard with his arrow
