    This cake is absolutely amazing, delicious and moist! everyone love this cake🥰
    Cake recipe:
    Pre heat oven 160°C (320°F) 38 min
    Cake pan 18X10 cm (pan 7X4")
    * 4 eggs room temp (separate the whites from the yolks)
    * 90 gram flour
    * 40 gram cornstarch
    * 3 teaspoon vanilla powder
    * 150 gram sugar
    * 72 gram canola oil
    * 62 gram milk (room temp)
    * 13 gram honey
    * 1/2 teaspoon salt
    ---
    Tårtbotten recept:
    Uppvärmd ugn på 160°C och grädda i 38 min
    Tårtform 18X10 cm
    * 4 rumstempererade ägg (separera vitan från gulan)
    * 90 gram mjöl
    * 40 gram majsstärkelse
    * 3 tsk vaniljsocker/pulver
    * 150 gram socker
    * 72 gram rapsolja
    * 62 gram rumstempererad mjölk
    * 13 gram honung
    * 1/2 tsk salt

    Strawberry cake filling:
    530-550 gram of strawberries
    75-80 gram sugar
    1,5 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

    Jordgubbs Tårtfyllning:
    530-550 gram jordgubbar
    75-80 gram socker
    1,5 matsked majsstärkelse
    1 matsked citronsaft
    1 tesked vaniljextrakt (valfritt)

    Stabilize whipped cream (for inside of the cake and crumbcoat)
    4 gelatin sheets + 100 gram warm whipped cream ( to melt the gelatin)
    500 gram whipped cream for whipping + 65 gram powder sugar

    Stabilize whipped cream for coating and piping
    5 gelatin sheets + 50 gram warm whipped cream (to melt gelatin)
    500 gram whipped cream for whipping + 60 gram powder sugar

    Stabiliserad grädde för insidan av tårtan och att täcka tårtan för att smulorna ska sättas på plats
    4 gelatinblad + 100 gram varm grädde att smälta ghelatinet i
    500 gram ovispad grädde för uppvispning + 65 gram florsocker
