@@urFav_Solo it is fluent, they may just have parents that are not russian but are from a russian speaking country (like poles, ukrainians, eastern european/russo-korean uzbek diaspora, etc) which can influence their accent. it all used to be under one party and was seen as one country with 1 official language. theyre defo fluent

I'm back 7 months later & STILL LOVE THIS!❤ I'm so glad the Academy allowed you to film portions of it. I've always admired ballet dancers & I think it's safe to say, I don't think I'm the only one that's now watching everything you upload like it's a reality series. 😂 (Technically I guess you could say it is.)
I used to go see the Bolshoi Ballet company and my God they were breathtaking....these guys look like they have bright futures ...I have watched a lot of ballet and I honestly have never seen a fall ...I would be fuming at the people who prepare the stage as all parts are meant to be checked for slippery areas and they used to put grit down in my day ..when I actually danced ( never professionally) we used to stand in grit before going onstage
I remember once when I was younger we had a show at the convention center. The maintenance crew thought they’d be nice and wax the stage the night before so it’d look nice and pretty for us… I swear it’s amazing no one was hurt dancing around and over my fallen friends was an both nerve wracking and hilarious experience. Every single dance at least 2-3 girls fell and it was multiple times in a row for some.

Former figure skater here. Falling is something that was always in the back of my mind when I had a more challenging combination for a performance. But if I fell, it was just me falling. I rarely did pairs, and wasn’t a pairs or synchronized skater because the paranoia of fucking other skaters over during performance was so real.
“Clara” committing to six turns during performance gave me literal residual anxiety.

Gosh I miss this. I still remember being in my dance school's performance of the nutcracker. I want to get back into dancing now that I'm a young adult but I have a medical condition that causes me a lot of fatigue and/or shortness of breath. It's not anything life-threatening but it makes exercise difficult. Has anyone gone through something similar? Any advice?
