Plasma arcing happens when the firmament opens up and water gets from the skies above and skies below. We are in inverted realm, that's why everything here is inverted, lies are presented as the truth and evil as good. When your inner self is talking you just stand and listen. We are been here many times in different forms, our soul remembers even tho we are all suffering from amnesia every time we come here, they do not want us to remember.

Not necessarily. My basic understanding is that plenty of severely deaf people go to concerts at which low frequency sounds are played through large speakers and what they experience has been described as literally feeling the music. While they won't hear the sounds, they feel vibrations from the speakers that travel through the air then through their bodies, and if the low frequency sounds are connected to the rhythm of the song (as is often the case) they will be able to follow the music even though the actual sounds won't be picked up by their ears. Played on ordinary headphones or speakers, someone with severe deafness wouldn't be able to experience this music.
